The build quality is great, and this has been a great beginner ebike for me. My biggest complaint is there is no owners manual that comes with it, just a Q code to watch a video. They should of listed the printable manual below it for easier assembly. You had to hunt for the user manual, and would of been nice to have to help assemble the bike easier. Yes you can print one out, but when you spend a good amount of money a user manual should be included. Not everyone owns a computer or printer these days. I took it to a local ebike shop to have him look it over, and the derailer (spelling) was bent from shipping. I rode 30ish miles and just felt like the gears weren't working right. I would suggest taking it to a ebike shop to make sure everything is adjusted properly and the derailer didn't get bent from shipping. Overall it's a fun bike, perfect size for me. The pink is absolutely pretty, and I get lots of compliments on it. The online picture doesn't do its justice. I will update this in the future if I run across any issues. Well worth the money! I have had so much fun on this bike and it was affordable. It goes about 28 mph full throttle unassisted. Down a hill maybe 30 mph. I like that you can take the battery out to store it in a climate controlled environment or to charge it that way. I did buy a new seat which helps comfortably as well as makes the bike look better. This was one of two bikes I purchased at the same time. This one for my significant other and the x hunter for myself. The only real issue with this one are the brakes. The inside pads rub on the rotor causing the tires not to spin freely. This issue is on both bikes. Other than that they are fun rides and the battery seems to last a while. Barely lost 3% riding around for a half hour. Still working with customer service to resolve the brake issue ... show more

Great bike but it is a little heavy and hard to load into a vehicle, one issue is the key inserts upwards into the bottom of the frame and that means it is hard to insert the key and you can't put it in a key change because it will be dangling from the bike.

Bought this for the wife. She is impressed. I have the Hunter Pro also from Jasion and I love it. Looking forward to all our future adventures. 20x2.5 inch tires seem good for most trails and roads. I wouldn't consider it a Fat tire bike. Assembly was simple and quick. Well packaged and arrived in great condition. Shipping was delayed but to their credit they called and wanted to see if a three day delay was acceptable if not the offered a full refund. Impressed thus far with Jasion and their products. I think some electric scooters are in our future from Jasion. Kids are jeleous of Mom's and Dad's bikes. Speed and power is much more manageable and smoother on this bike vs the hunter pro for the wife. I found the power fine with this bike and I am a 6'2" 260lbs man.
