The EB5 MAX bike is big. It feels like a lightweight motorcycle, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone under six feet tall. It's got plenty of power, and weighs about 60 pounds. I've ridden it almost 100 miles in six weeks and it is fun! The battery lasts about 25 miles on mild hilly terrain with a fair amount of pedaling. It's a workout but it's a blast, and I'm averaging about 22-26 MPH. The brakes work great but they are squeaky. Assembly was fairly simple, but the instructions are only marginally helpful, as they're translated English with small black and white pictures. The bike works fine and came with no broken or missing parts. The box was large and well padded, and the bicycle was about 80% built. The controls are programmable, but again the instructions are not too helpful; you kind of have to experiment a bit. My only issues at this point are the rear brakes squeak, even after cleaning the rotor, and the pedal-powered take off is fairly aggressive. I think that setting can be adjusted, but I just use the throttle for stop-and-go situations to dial in the motor torque/duration. Also, I posted a video on YouTube showing the assembly procedure.

This bike is awesome. Looks phenomenal assembly wasn't a sinch, but it wasn't a super hassle either. Nice comfortable seat, suspension is awesome. Got up to 30mph using throttle only which isn't recommended if you want to get the most mileage out of your battery but I had to try it. Battery life seems to be as advertised which is good because I'm 6'1 and 225. Not exactly an aerodynamic human being. But its definitely a fun bike to ride to work everyday. Pedal assist make it nice when not wanting to use throttle.

Bought this bike. My first E bike. Got 9 miles on it and it just quit running. Error code 24. No power to hub. HALL issue they say. Never been wet or crashed. No abuse of this bike. Only rides around the neighborhood on a couple of weekends. Tech support says they will help me but nothing so far but emails back and forth. I'm 65 years old and had stage 4 lung cancer only a few years ago and I cannot ride a regular bike. I don't have the wind or strength to pedal a mountain bike. So now I'm out of $900 and a useless bike.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Bike performance was great out of the box, I’m missing headlight bracket, but bike was packed incredibly well shipping was very fast. Bike is heavy about 60lbs without the packaging about 80lbs as delivered. Bike is well made I believe manufacturer has taken time and received good feedback from e-bike riders and has developed a quality bike highly recommended.

The bike is real nice. It’s well built and sturdy. The power is real with this bike. It can go a bit faster than 28 miles an hour max speed. I had it at about 30 mph. The acceleration is really good as well. I don’t have any complaints about the performance except for the brakes. The brakes are a bit weak but still they work decently. Just don’t drive too fast and try to stop. They also squeak a bit. The assembly is not super easy. My box didn’t have an instruction manual so I pretty much had to figure stuff out on the fly. Everything was so heavy as well so you might need another person to help with assembly. It’s not super difficult but it’s also not super hard. The lights make no sense. The front lights in particular were designed by a blind man. It doesn’t make sense and it keeps popping out (see pictures). It is held in by one screw and it’s reversed in the way it hooks in it just doesn’t make sense. The other bikes have lights that screw in logically. The lights are what piss me off the most. Other than that I appreciate the extra space in the back you can store some things there unlike other things e-bikes. That’s why I was drawn to this one for the back storage area. Additionally, the seat is adjustable. If you can’t adjust the seats height it’s gonna be an uncomfortable ride. Long term you need to have the height of the seat where you like it. If the seats are not adjustable then maybe for short rides you might be fine. The battery on this is pretty good. It takes like 8 hours to charge but i believe the range for me was about 30 miles without pedaling. I also ride pretty fast at around 20 miles an hour. Overall, are there e-bikes that might be better than this, maybe. But, this bike for the price (I paid 750 plus 50 shipping) I think is spot on. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you get this bike. When I am cruising down the street with that electric power I am happy.

Great riding bike. Put it together the first day and rode around on it. Charged it up that night and tried to ride it the next day and only the pedal assist worked. All motor function would not work and it was showing error code 22. Called support to find out you can’t talk to anyone. You have to send an email and they will reach back out to you. I did that two days ago and still haven’t heard from them. I do t know what their return process is but if I don’t hear back today I am going to return it
