After having ordered 2 of this bike and riding them around for a month here are my key takeaways to share. Challenges 1. I see they addressed the issue with people saying the front wheel fork gets bent in delivery by putting a bar with 2 nuts on it. Confusing part though was this was not reflected in any videos or the instructions. For a noob this presented a challenge but eventually I figured out what it was, its purpose, and how to remove it. Overall assembly took me about 30mins per bike. 2. On one of the bikes the back tire was flat day 1. Pumping it up gets it good for about a day but it needs a tube replacement. I don't know how to replace it but what I have gathered with these bikes is that they are easy to figure out with enough online research and some basic tools. 3. There are no holes to install things like bottle holders and phone holders. Get ones with clamps! Things I appreciate about it, 1. For the price point it has been a blast! It has gotten me on the road after work most days which is a huge win for my personal goals. It is a ton of fun and having the ability to change from 0-3 in assist is helpful for when I want it off to push myself or if I need it at some points on hills and such. It will not get you up a steep hill by itself! But it will assist you which is mainly the point. 2. It has an intuitive feel about it. The handlebars and seat are comfortable, the throttle and display are sleek and handy, I can tell it was well designed. 3. I have taken it on paved trails and roads just fine, as well as some easy trails. It is rather smooth overall. 4. Battery life is great if you don't use the assist by itself or on higher levels for long periods. When treating it like a motorcycle or trying to go fastest it will die in about 2hrs of riding. But used as a gentle assist I got the same distance in that would normally cost me about 75% of my battery in about 10%. Used as a tool it is rather efficient and can last multiple trips. I am sure with time as I get stronger and build endurance I can make the battery really last. If you are looking for a fun entry point to an ebike that is well thought out and has some pep to it to get you out there then look no further! This bike is an awesome e-bike purchase!

First off, I am 6'6" tall and 355 pounds. Needless to say, I am a pretty big guy. Haven't ridden a bike in a while, so I wanted to get an e-bike that was 1) inexpensive and 2) could support my size and weight. The bike was sturdy without being cumbersome. The seat was comfortable making long rides a breeze. The motor was strong enough to carry my frame and still perform excellent. The easy assembly and stellar performance made this bike a great value on an exceptional piece of equipment.

Have had this for a few weeks. My biggest worry going in was the battery life and basic quality. Here's what I've found so far - Battery will get you the miles advertised, at least initially. I mostly ride with the bike set on 0 power assist once up to speed and use it on 1 or 2 going up hills. Longevity is still something I'm worried about. The overall quality seems fine - I know this is not a top-end ebike, so it's as expected. We purchased two of these - one for me and one for my wife. My wife's brakes needed adjusting right away. You will need to know how to adjust disk brakes at some point to use this bike. However, the front disk on my wife's bike needed to be bent slightly to make is not wobble. My bike came missing a neck bolt. The vendor replied to my question about it tell me what the bolt is and telling my to purchase it locally...they refunded $20 to my credit card. Assembly was relatively easy and tools are provided. The paint on my wife's bike was scratched up in a few areas, but no big deal to me. These bikes are very fun to ride! They are more difficult to ride on trails compared to a standard mountain bike because they are so heavy - 80lbs! But they are great for basic trails/dirt roads and cruising around town. It's not the same exercise as a normal bike, but it keeps you moving!

6'4 250ish here. this bikes pretty comfortable. almost feels like a small motorcycle as it has some weight and its big. def an adult bike. It's only been a few days but just around the neighborhood its pretty quick. turn up the power and it will get up and go. what used to be 15 min bike rides to the stores are more like 2-3 now. nothing excitingly crazy just a big solid kit. the fat tires are great and roll over everything., cracks, curbs, little kids, neighbors pets, you name it .. haven't fully opened it up and still regularly hitting 18-20 MPH with ease. being in flat Florida helps but that's with plenty to spare. Tons of settings if you want to geek out and min max the power. voltage, max speeds, motor sensitivity etc. yet simple to understand controls if you don't want to bother. The larger than average battery and motor is worth the price to me. all in all so far im pretty happy.

The bike was packaged securely and well-protected. The assembly instructions were difficult to locate, but it was easy to assemble. All of the hard work was already done. I haven't ridden a bike in 30 years, so my first journey was memorable... Lol. The bike is powerful. I tried the PAS settings. It will go 20 mph on level 3, I know I'm not ready for level 5 yet! There is a lot of traffic where I live. I took the bike to the store and got there much faster. The only thing I would change at this point is the addition of hydraulic brakes. The brakes are good enough. At the speeds this bike is capable of, I think I will upgrade the brakes on mine. I weigh 291 and this bike was easy to ride. It assisted uphill without much effort. I'm happy with my bike!
