This is my second E-bike and I am very impressed with it. I must first caution anyone thinking about ordering this bike that you should be at least 5'8" tall. I am 5'7" and it is a challenge getting my leg over the bike to mount it. Also I am 76 years old, that may be a factor as well. Assembly was much easier than the first bike I ordered on Amazon. Neither unit had clear directions in the manual. But this one was relatively easy to assemble. The manual does do a pretty good job in detailing how the settings can be changed. In fact some of it is over my head! It is quite durable and riding it is fun and pleasurable. I bought this model particularly for the fat tires and they do make a difference. It is interesting in the fact that my first bike (also a Chinese brand) had the typical narrow tires with pressure suggestion of 30-45 lbs. While the fat tire bike only requires 20 lbs! I ordered the rack for the back and find it quite handy. I have reached top speed of about 28 mph which is plenty fast. I normally set PAS at 2 (it goes up to 5) and keep gear setting around 6-7. One other thing to consider is the weight of the bike, with battery attached it is about 89#. In my opinion that is a heavy bike and I have issues moving it around in the storage room at rear of my garage. I do have the MyQ app on my phone which allows me to open/close the garage using the phone. Handy in entering/exiting the garage. I've added phone holder, bell, light switch for signal lights I already had and had to add the additional bar for some of these things, just not enough room on handlebars. I am very pleased with this bike and highly recommend it.

The bike rides great but customer support however is a different story!!!!! Bought this bike about a month ago and everything was great until the another day I was riding and lost all power. After looking over the bike to see what the problem was, I noticed the hub plate had came completely off the motor. It looks like it is supposed to held on by 6 screws but by the looks of it, it was not. Tried getting a hold of customer support but only getting the run around. It took awhile but I finally got the items I needed after buying them myself and now I'm waiting to be reimbursed.

The bike is real nice. It’s well built and sturdy. The power is real with this bike. It can go a bit faster than 28 miles an hour max speed. I had it at about 30 mph. The acceleration is really good as well. I don’t have any complaints about the performance except for the brakes. The brakes are a bit weak but still they work decently. Just don’t drive too fast and try to stop. They also squeak a bit. The assembly is not super easy. My box didn’t have an instruction manual so I pretty much had to figure stuff out on the fly. Everything was so heavy as well so you might need another person to help with assembly. It’s not super difficult but it’s also not super hard. The lights make no sense. The front lights in particular were designed by a blind man. It doesn’t make sense and it keeps popping out (see pictures). It is held in by one screw and it’s reversed in the way it hooks in it just doesn’t make sense. The other bikes have lights that screw in logically. The lights are what piss me off the most. Other than that I appreciate the extra space in the back you can store some things there unlike other things e-bikes. That’s why I was drawn to this one for the back storage area. Additionally, the seat is adjustable. If you can’t adjust the seats height it’s gonna be an uncomfortable ride. Long term you need to have the height of the seat where you like it. If the seats are not adjustable then maybe for short rides you might be fine. The battery on this is pretty good. It takes like 8 hours to charge but i believe the range for me was about 30 miles without pedaling. I also ride pretty fast at around 20 miles an hour. Overall, are there e-bikes that might be better than this, maybe. But, this bike for the price (I paid 750 plus 50 shipping) I think is spot on. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you get this bike. When I am cruising down the street with that electric power I am happy.

This E-Bike is awesome! I have had great fun with this bike and it has really surprised me. I have always been a sceptic of electric bikes but decided to try one. This one immediately caught my eye due to the speed, options, and battery specs. I recommend this bike to anyone thinking about getting one or even if you have one and want to upgrade! 10/10 trust me, it's a good one!

Easy Assembly as did it all without much guidance as the directions that come with are a QR code and not 100% for the bike you might have purchased. I'm old school and like paper instructions even if its just pictures would have been nice. Was packaged well. Haven't rode it much yet but see no reason not to believe it wont preform as expected.

I was very excited to receive my bike but unfortunately my experience has become a nightmare. The front fork is defective and improperly welded which prevents the wheel from even being place on the fork. I thought - hey I can just return this and get a replacement! Easy, right? Wrong. Customer service is entirely unreachable and the return policy is insane. Despite their failure to deliver a functional bike, the refund deducts shipping costs and places the *cost of return* of the bike on the customer - which is another $200. So $400 total just to return this bike. Its a total scam.
