After having ordered 2 of this bike and riding them around for a month here are my key takeaways to share. Challenges 1. I see they addressed the issue with people saying the front wheel fork gets bent in delivery by putting a bar with 2 nuts on it. Confusing part though was this was not reflected in any videos or the instructions. For a noob this presented a challenge but eventually I figured out what it was, its purpose, and how to remove it. Overall assembly took me about 30mins per bike. 2. On one of the bikes the back tire was flat day 1. Pumping it up gets it good for about a day but it needs a tube replacement. I don't know how to replace it but what I have gathered with these bikes is that they are easy to figure out with enough online research and some basic tools. 3. There are no holes to install things like bottle holders and phone holders. Get ones with clamps! Things I appreciate about it, 1. For the price point it has been a blast! It has gotten me on the road after work most days which is a huge win for my personal goals. It is a ton of fun and having the ability to change from 0-3 in assist is helpful for when I want it off to push myself or if I need it at some points on hills and such. It will not get you up a steep hill by itself! But it will assist you which is mainly the point. 2. It has an intuitive feel about it. The handlebars and seat are comfortable, the throttle and display are sleek and handy, I can tell it was well designed. 3. I have taken it on paved trails and roads just fine, as well as some easy trails. It is rather smooth overall. 4. Battery life is great if you don't use the assist by itself or on higher levels for long periods. When treating it like a motorcycle or trying to go fastest it will die in about 2hrs of riding. But used as a gentle assist I got the same distance in that would normally cost me about 75% of my battery in about 10%. Used as a tool it is rather efficient and can last multiple trips. I am sure with time as I get stronger and build endurance I can make the battery really last. If you are looking for a fun entry point to an ebike that is well thought out and has some pep to it to get you out there then look no further! This bike is an awesome e-bike purchase!

Fast shipping! I received my bike in four business days! Assembly was easy in less than an hour. The quality of all the parts and pieces was better than expected! I now have 115 miles on the bike with no issues at all! The value for my money has exceeded my expectations and I have had so much fun riding where ever I need to go! I can carry it right up my stairs so portability hasn't been an issue. The extra rear rack comes in handy for carrying packages home!

There was a little confusion with the ad but the bike itself is awesome I'm 420 lb and have no problem riding this bike at 6 ft 8 it's comfortable after purchasing a new seat but if you're a smaller thinner Rider it should be just fine out of the box customer service offered a little incentive for some of the confusion so all in all I'm fairly happy with the deal and Incredibly happy with the bike

The bikes arrived packaged very well. My husband and I put them together that day. While assembling the bikes we had a hard time putting the left pedal on his bike. The threads on the pedal and the arm were stripped. We were leaving that day and wanted to take the bikes with us so my husband put the pedal on the best he could. Unfortunately the pedal fell off about 4 miles into the trip and ultimately we lost it somewhere in our travels. He just used the throttle since pedaling wasn’t an option. The bikes themselves performed very well. This was my first time riding an e-bike and I even pulled a dog trailer behind mine with ease. We absolutely loved riding them and are looking forward to traveling to more places with bike trails. When we got home I messaged customer support. They responded promptly and sent out a replacement arm and a set of pedals right away. We received the replacements in about a week. My husband switched them out and all works as it should now. Overall we are extremely happy with our purchase and recommend these bikes.

Just lost my license for medical reasons. And with this bike im doing fine riding (on tared road) getting the 10ish miles back and forth just fine without a charge in-between. It's my first e bike but I love it... can't wait to get on it.... u will need most likely a seat... comes with a gooch destroyer but still worth it after a seat by... ull need a chain to lock it and my biggest buy would have to be the storage... had a deal for a rack that would get u by if u had ur own tiedown/straps but found a fairly cheap storage bag that hangs over my back tire and coverd breaks and motor while giving me storage that can be used as a hand bag.... great bike so far 100 miles later... loving it and the gas savings.... that's aside from the new daily activity I look forward to... definitely worth the buy

The bike was delivered in a sturdy box and there was plenty of padding to protect everything inside. The box and bike weighed just over 100lbs. You will need diagonal cutters to clip all of the zip ties, some are really heavy duty. It took me about an hour to put it together. The tires came partially inflated. The pressure is shown as 20 psi. The battery came at 80%. Running all electric I got around 25 miles on fairly level ground. Power assist 1 was 10mph then each level up added around 5 mph. So Pas 5 was close to 30 mph. I mainly ride at pas2. It is a brisk pace on a regular bike. I have the derailer at 4 in pas2. That keeps the speed at close to 15 and pas kicks in when you drop speed below that. When you pedal and use the pas the range is extended a lot. I ended up with 45 miles in a combination pas plus using just electric. I know it is listed farther but I am pleased with 45 miles Here is the main reason I like this bike. I am over 60 and have a right knee that is trashed. Over the years I have torn or ruptured every ligament and tendon in the knee and the meniscus has been torn multiple times. It also has severe arthritis. When my knee moves it sounds like someone breaking sticks while putting milk in a bowl of rice crispies. Snap, crackle pop. I used to be able to ride my regular bike 2-3 miles before the pain got to bad. I can only walk around 1.5 miles at the most before the pain hits. Now I can get out and ride into town to the grocery store or a restaurant or anywhere else I feel like going. The fresh air and trails are much better than sitting in my car in traffic. This is the best investment I have made

The bike had run well. 2 years in, the battery lock stopped working. Support is slow, I've provided information requested and a video of the problem. Still waiting for an answer. It appears that the lock cylinder is not replaceable, requiring a locksmith to disconnect it from the bracket (it's locked on) and then the purchase of a replacement battery. Seems like an expensive repair; poor design.

Love the bike came as advertised only wish I got the blue addition but they gave me green but besides that it was pretty easy to set up took about 25 to 30 mins goes pretty fast so far gotten it up to 27 but because of area I’m in no smooth roads so haven’t got to take it a drive it at full potential so far I driven it up to my work and back 6 miles there and back and only used like 22 percent battery so was really happy since I’m a heavier set guy weigh 285 and had it on 4th speed average 23.6miles and still only use a little of the battery so can’t wait to really brake it in some more and get the full of it at this rate I don’t have to charge it every day so thank u Jasion for y’all’s awesome ebike
