I've only had the chance to take a few rides since the bike arrived, but it's been great! I'm a big guy (6'3, 350lbs), and the bike still manages to go pretty fast. I've gotten it up to 27mph! I usually ride on PA2, but I've tried every level and they all feel very good. The only negative thing i can say is that the seat was impossible to remove from the pole, so I had to buy a new pole to install the seat I wanted. The hydraulic brakes squeak a bit, but it's not bad enough to really bother me. This bike is definitely worth it! ... show more

He loves his Ebike and wants to ride it everyday. Assembly required, it came in pieces. It's got power and flies past me, more to do with how slow I'm comfortable in going. Great battery life. Looks like a big mean machine coming at you, it's a big beast, and heavy duty. He's at 360lbs and gets around fabulously smooth. Very happy with purchase. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for a big tough Ebike. He did put a different seat on it that he hopes will be less of a nut rubber. ... show more

You have to print out 25 pages of TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS in order to put it together.... the instructions aren't clear and the tools suck as does their customer service... I can't comment on the bike because I haven't finished putting it together!!!

I'm 5'11 and it's very hard to get on and off the bike have to lay it down to get off or get on it does not have a lot of power to go up heels on rugged roads but once on the road it's smooth sailing I bought this to be at off-road hunting bike but it is not meeting my expectations so far

Too Tall and Poor Customer Service I bought the Jasion EB5 Max after seeing it was suitable for riders 5'4" and up. I'm 5'7", and the bike is still too tall — the top bar presses uncomfortably high. I'd say it’s better suited for someone at least 5'9". When I tried to return it through Amazon, I was told to call the vendor directly. I called and was then told to email [email protected]. The only response I got was an automated message about delays due to high volume. Between the misleading sizing info and the difficult return process, I’d be cautious buying from this company. I was just informed that they will not send me a return slip, indicated that the size is not a flaw with the bike and are requiring me pay $250 to return the bike. After I already paid $200 to have it delivered. Avoid Jasion, I have reported them to BBB and notified Amazon as well. Amazon indicated they would flag them for misrepresentation. ... show more
