I have had my bike for 2 months now. Absolutely love it! I love that I can pedal with no assist so I can really get a work out. Pedal assist is great getting up inclines since I’m kinda old and not in the best shape. And for the times I trek out to far and get tired I have the full throttle to get me home! Love the orange color. Wish my handles were up a little higher, again because I’m a little old. lol. When it was delivered the front intertube would not hold air. Messaged seller. Took a while to get a response so I just took it to a bike shop and paid $20 there. They did get me a new one sent out and I’ll keep that on hand.

If you’re under 6’ tall and know how to work on mechanical bicycles, change the rating to 3-stars. It’s a good carbon steel frame, and the electrical components work well. Let's get the frame size out of the way. Nowhere on the page I ordered from did it state that this is an 18” frame, or I wouldn’t have ordered it. I’m six feet and it feels small. (The frame is sized by measuring from where the pedal crank arms attach to where the seat post drops in.) Now the mechanical: The list price for this bike was $500 at the time of purchase. The only way for a company to sell an electric bike at that price point is to cut corners on mechanical components. I knew this going in, but I also knew that I’m a pretty good bike mechanic with access to a well equipped shop at the local co-op. What took me by surprise was how haphazardly the components were slapped together. 1. The calipers on the disc brakes had to be adjusted to stop the brake pads from rubbing on the brake rotors. 2. The chain couldn’t climb to the top cog (first gear). I first tried to fix it by adjusting the limit screws on the derailleur but finally had to adjust the tension of the shifter cable to make it work. 3. Fifteen miles in, I got a rear tire flat. It was a bad valve stem not a puncture, so I replaced the tubes in both tires. 4. And this is THE BIG ONE. While riding, I noticed that the front wheel didn’t look true. (That means not turning straight and true because the spokes aren’t evenly tightened.)
When I got it on the truing stand, I discovered that it was not only out of true but out of dish too. (That means the whole wheel is pulled to one side of the hub.) The wheel is fixed by going all the way around and loosening the spokes on one side of the wheel while tightening them on the other to get it in dish. Then going all the way around spoke by spoke and getting them even to make it true. (This info won’t help you if you don’t have access to a truing stand, and those are expensive.) 5. I haven’t had the rear wheel on the truing stand yet, but I expect it to need work unless the the hub motor was laced in by someone who knew what they were doing. These are not well built wheels though. Summary: This isn’t my primary electric bike, so it will be fine for my purposes. The price was right too, but I can’t recommend it for those without mechanical skills. Note: I did not seek support from Jasion because it was easier to just fix it.

Seat and handle bars very low not able to adjust. No parts are available, no fenders fit BATTERY an issue, it has been raining and it ruins the charger have purchased 3 batteries. wont stay charged over 9 hours Bad brakes wont work squeek, wont stay in gear Total trash. Amazon is helping with return. Company wants you to pay for shipping back. MADE IN CHINA

Very well made product, packaged really good, bought two of these, one came with a damaged seat, waiting to hear from seller if the will replace it. Assembled them today and took one for a ride, they work great. I'm going to have a lot of fun.

The customer service team with Jasion is like no other! I previously had complications regarding my E-Bike’s electrical system. The engineer who helped me sort the issue was very knowledgeable, considerate, and understanding of hard situations. They definitely made me feel reassured I made a great decision! I really wanted to write a 5 star review, but just can't. I used this bike one time, for a 10 mile ride, and used 3 out of 5 bars on the battery; there is no way that this has a 40 mile PAS range. The ride was on flat surfaces, pedaling the entire way, and based on this, I'd be lucky to get 20 miles of range, which is totally unacceptable. The front wheel is untrue (not completely round), and wobbles The derailer required adjustment to shift properly The ergonomics are horrible. I'm just under 5'10", and while the frame height is great, the bars are way too close, and would require buying an extended bar stem in order to ride this any distance at all. While the bike is cute, I got it to actually ride it, not look at it, and it is definitely not worth the $400. I have tried initiating a return, but Amazon is telling me that this bike isn't returnable, so we'll see if I'm stuck with this piece of junk.
