Absolutely terrible. The tire exploded within a week of riding it. I’ve written email to Jasion about repairs and no one have replied. I called them and the lady ask me to send another email. When I illustrate the issue she gets angry and refuse to process my request through phone. The bike itself is quite terrible and not worth of the price, and the sales people are absolutely terrible. ... show more

The bike is mostly good. Everything works well and easy to use. Used it for about 100 miles. I came off a curve and The front tire of the bike has become bent “taco” . I have never seen this happen to any bike I own for 20 years. The local bike shop said it was not repairable and we need a new front tire. He said quality was poor. I am requesting a new front tire or to cover the cost of a new rim at $100. Will be you posted on outcome. ... show more

I absolutely love riding the Jasion EB5 Electric Bike. It hits 20mph with ease, handles smoothly, and the front fork suspension makes for a really comfortable ride. The 7-speed gear system shifts nicely, and the 360Wh removable battery gives me solid mileage — close to the advertised 40 miles on a full charge. It’s perfect for commuting and light trail riding. That said, I did have a few problems out of the box. The reflector was broken, the screw to hold the screen in place was missing, and there’s a dent in the frame. These issues were disappointing for a brand-new bike, but thankfully they didn’t affect performance. If you're looking for a budget-friendly electric bike with great speed and ride quality, the EB5 is a solid choice — just be prepared for potential shipping/quality control hiccups. ... show more

I had an initial issue with the bike and contacted the supplier. They were very receptive to my concerns and took care of it. We had some back-and-forth e-mails but they always answered my questions with a day or sooner and took care of getting me the part I needed. Do not ever buy from this company. They sent an mis-manufactured bike then took days to respond to my requests for help. After over two weeks I gave up and requested Amazon Customer Service to help me. Amazon told me to ship the bike back to them and I would be reimbursed. Jaison refused to reimburse me and withheld the bike refund until I took down the negative review. They emailed me AND called me on my phone to threaten me! They are actually scary. Do NOT do business with them! Took over 3 months to get the refund and they refuse to reimburse me return shipping. Super sketchy business. ... show more
