The media could not be loaded. This is a very interesting form factor for a bicycle, especially an electric bike. First of all, I noticed that this box was noticeably heavier than my last "clown electric bike", which can be either bad or good. But once I opened the box, I noticed right away that the frame of this electric bike is much much sturdier and thicker than my last electric bike. Similarly, this electric bike also requires a few final steps to assemble it together, which is pretty much the same from my previous electric bike, so it only took me about 20 minutes or so. The most important step is assembling the front wheel, make sure to follow the manual carefully (which is very detailed and has a picture to illustrate each of the steps, I think that's very useful for first timers), and put in the order of the metals, washer and lock nuts in the exact orders, else you'll have problem with the front wheel. The longest step, which I wasn't expecting, was installing the seat assembly into the bike's frame. The plastic tube in the bike frame was a little thick so it took me a while to finally able to insert the seat into that tube. I'm not sure if that's a defect, but i think that plastic tube is needed to make sure the seat is tight so that it won't receded down when I sit on it. About the electric bike's riding experience itself, I think this is my favorite electric bike/bicycle that I owned so far (I have a mountain bike, another electric clown bike). It's super comfortable and easy to ride this. Even though its wheels are only 14 inches in diameter which makes this electric bike looks pretty small, however, once sitting on its seat, it feels very natural and almost like a cruiser type of bike. The motor is pretty powerful, without pedaling, I can go from 0 to 19 MPH in about 12 seconds, and the ride is very smooth and the handles are stable. It has dual brake controls for both front and rear wheel, making it steadier when braking, especially during a hard brake. The built-in front light is also very bright, and covers a large area in front of my bike without any dark spots. There's also a built-in electric horn that's noticeably loud but not too obnoxious. The only thing I wish for this electric bike's improvement is to have a built-in lock to make it more convenience, for now I bring a long an electric disc-brake lock to lock it when I have to park it somewhere for a quick stop. Overall, this electric bike is perfect for my height (I'm about 5ft 7.5), smooth ride, powerful motor and fun to ride.

After making the change to living without a car, I did a whole lot of research trying to find a good electric bike to be able to commute to work and take the bus. I settled on the EB7, but, I live in the second floor found it a bit heavy and thought it would be too difficult to make it work. As such, I decided to get the EB3. The EB3 is quite light, only weighing 45lbs, making it super easy to take down the stairs! But uh... I could not place it on the bike racks that buses have when I'd commute to work. I would have to hold it with me while in the bus. I *was* going to return it, but decided to keep it. Now I own both the EB3 and the EB7 and it was the right choice. This little bike is what I use for short, local trips, such as going to the store, or going to appointments nearby. It has even come in handy as a backup when my EB7 was out of commission due to a flat tire. The 20-mile range may be a bit overkill, though when zooming at 20mph, it can be a necessity to have such range. The times I did have to commute using this bike, it has had at least 25% left afterwards (my commute is 13 or so miles total) so I'll say the range is perfect. The EB3 comes pre-equipped with a headlight, a built-in tailight (which also detects when you brake by the way!), and a horn. It has 3 speed settings, with speed 1 limiting you 10mph, speed 2 to 14mph, and speed 3 to 21mph. It also has one folding point between the frame and the bottom of the handlebar. That way it can be much shorter than what it is when in full use. It's light, handy, and kind of cute, but it works really, really well for what I need it. I suppose the only thing I do want to touch upon is that this bike only comes with 1 gear. That means that once you reach over 14mph or so, pedaling basically does nothing. However, the pedals do have a purpose as they help quite a lot when going up hills. They also come in handy when starting from a full stop to reach top speed as soon as possible. And of course, the pedals help should you ever run out of battery (which I have before). That is why I got this bike and not an electric scooter. Finally, this bike is very, very speedy. The slick tires help a lot in reaching speeds quickly, but because of that, they can lose grip in bad weather so I recommend that you please ride with caution in rain and/or cold temperatures, or you may end up like me, wiping out on your cheekbone and damaging the bike. Thankfully, Jasion has been very helpful when I got in touch with them and they are going to send me a replacement motor to get it back in action! If you got longer commutes, choose the EB7. If not, choose this. This is also very short-people friendly, so if you got someone like that in the house (like my sister), this is perfect for them. Highly recommend!

I ordered a set of these and I had an issue but the Jasion service was excellent and got things resolved. I give them top marks. They were great to work with. The bikes look good and ride smooth just as expected. The power for this size of bike is ideal. Great fun and easy to handle and transport. No big bike rack required. Just fold and go—back seat or trunk—they easily fit.

Bike itself is okay but it arrived very damaged from shipping, had it returned but they gave me a fake return label and gave me the run around out 190 bucks because they didn’t 100% reimburse me.

Had this a couple weeks now. Assembly took 4 hrs because I was filming the process. But it wasn't difficult. The tires should be inflated 35-45psi. The front tire came inflated at 32psi and the rear came inflated to 62psi. Other than that everything else was assembled well and is good quality. The battery could be better. A battery upgrade option would be excellent. The rear shock absorber works but is stiff. There are no springs on the seat. So there's room for improvement. But everything works and the breaks work excellent! I actually enjoy riding it and look forward to it. I've added mirrors and trailer which I'll be testing tomorrow. All of this is on my YouTube channel. The tail light/break light works like it does in a street legal vehicle. The headlight is bright. I had to unwrap the wires on the handlebars to install the headlight to remove the extra slack. This wasn't difficult. It's NOT a powerful bike but it is a good commuter bike and a joyride around the neighborhood. It's bigger than you might think but smaller than I desired. 🤔 The price of $360 is why I got it. For that money it's great!
