Received with chipped paint, a bad brake cable adjuster, rear spokes not fully tightened which caused rim to bend when going over speed bump 2 weeks after arrival. Customer service said I had to take it to a shop but couldn't guarantee reimbersment. They sent a can of off the shelf, everyday Rustoleum Spray Paint for the chipped paint.....HOPEFULLY the color matches ... show more

The throttle wasn’t working properly at first. We contacted Jasion Customer Service and they helped us fix the problem. I am in love with the color, good price and how easy it is to ride.
