The media could not be loaded. I’ve included a pic that shows how the hair looks before and after washing and using purple conditioner. I tested this hair as soon as I received it with a lighter. The strands I tested smelled like burnt hair smells (really bad), and turned to dust, which is what human hair does. I’m so happy I found this hair, cause curly blonde hair is hard to find. My only wish is that they sold longer lengths.

I knowingly took a risk and purchased 3 packages of these extensions. I ordered 2 in platinum blonde, and 1 in light blonde. The hair quality was rough and they were frizzing and tangling as soon as I removed them from the plastic. The colors are also NOT AT ALL what is pictured. The platinum blonde looks like a bright, almost white blonde (which is what platinum is, and what I needed). All 3 packages were the same color, and at least 2 shades too dark. They had a very yellow color to them. I immediately started the process for a return. Buyers beware. Of course, professional grade extensions will cost around 400-500 for thick, curly hair. So it's not that surprising that the quality of these is a let down. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

This last batch I bought was kinky curly, I have bought other colors and the curl was nice and a bit looser. The bottom 4” are absolutely fried and frizzy. Really disappointed. I don’t expect it to be the healthiest hair in the world but this is really bad. I added another photo to compare to the honey blonde I got before this ombré one. You can see how tightly curled the ombré one is compared to the honey blonde one. Brushing that ombré one is impossible and just turns to rough frizz, tangles knots.

Pros: I've had this installed for 4+ weeks now and looks pretty nice still. The tape hasn't even slipped much. The color was a nice medium brown, nothing unusually red and there was no gray hair mixed in. Also, not particularly thin. Cons: I have never had real hair tangle so much. I think it is because it is not remy so the shafts do not run the same direction. I almost never brush out my natural curls, but I've learned to brush these out everyday so it doesn't look dreaded or become to difficult to untangle. It is all human hair. I say this for three reasons: (1) I brush it ALL THE TIME, like twice a day and pick it inbetween and there is no way kanekalon could stand up to that much brushing (2)Texture, fullness and color are natural; i don't find any weird strands, all the same sheen (no plastic shine) normal color variant (3) Shape: honestly I have no idea how anyone could perm synthetic hair and it maintains the curl in hotwater. It has been permed, I would guess on a white perm rod. It had a slight perm smell that washed out after the first shampooing. The perm has not dropped in a month and the shape has remained. I used a little less than the 3 packs I bought and my hair is super full.
