The media could not be loaded. This electric bike is absolutely awesome! I was seriously impressed with the speed—it easily hits around 25 mph, which makes it super fun and efficient for getting around. The acceleration is strong, and it handles really well on both smooth roads and bumpy terrain. The ride is surprisingly smooth, even over rough spots, and the suspension does a great job. The battery life is amazing—I’ve gone on several long rides without needing to recharge, and it still had plenty of power left. One of my favorite features is the cargo space on the back. I love this bike. Back in October I purchased this Jasion cruiser as my first ebike to get me to/from work, 6 mi roundtrip. The instruction manual was confusing, but the unboxing video is super helpful. Took about an hour to put it together. The bike must have been bumped around a bit during shipping, which is expected - so I had to adjust the derailleur a bit after watching a YouTube video to learn this skill. Then I was good to go. And go I did, with a huge smile on my face. I'm about 145 lb, and I could hit 23 mph on the flat sections in PAS mode. It's so fun to ride and has a cute retro vibe. It struggles on steep hills, but I have some mild hills on my commute, and it did great if I pedaled along. A couple of months ago, some jerk stole my bike while I was in the grocery store for 5 minutes. I considered upgrading to a more expensive ebike, but after a lot of thought I ended up purchasing the same exact Jasion cruiser. And it's even better! The company must have improved the packaging, because I didn't have the derailleur issues during installation, and it goes 3 mph faster than my old one! I don't write reviews often, but had to share my experience with this fun and affordable ebike.

I am very pleased with my new bike. I got this bike as an upgrade from the 1st e-bike I purchased. This bike has disk brakes and a digital screen with miles per hour and total miles that you have ridden. I did like the seat on the first bike better but that is easily replaced. I also like the placement of the battery on the new bike. I had to take the seat off to remove the battery on the old one. The bar to lift you leg over is higher then the 1st bike but not enough to dislike the bike. Glad I purchased it.

I received my Jasion E-Bike 2 days prior to my estimated delivery time, which was great. The box was in good condition with no issues. The bike was packed very well inside the box to avoid damage and there was no noticeable issues or blemishes on the E-Bike. I had the bike built in about an hour following the instructions and using the tools they provided. After charging the battery it was ready to go. The bike worked with no issues, and after riding it several miles on 3 different rides, the battery is still showing full. The price for the bike wasn't too bad and their doesn't seem to be any sacrifice of quality compared to more expensive brand e-bikes. I would highly recommended this bike for new e-bike users and for those who are looking for a good, all around e bike to either commute or for casual rides.

The bike is pretty, but that’s where the good things end. First time riding it, the bike seat doesn’t lock in place and slips down while riding, so the height can’t be set. The most dangerous issue is the throttle, it goes in and out when riding the bike. While the throttle is fully engaged, the power decreases to almost a stop and then randomly jolts back to life. What’s even more frustrating, is the fact that the bike doesn’t function properly, but the seller is going to charge me $110 for return shipping, for a faulty, non-functioning item. Also, it states that the battery is UL listed, but doesn’t seem to be true. Amazon needs to have quality control checks on their sellers. I’ll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

So I’ve used my bike for a week now and it’s so great I love it! I don’t know what I expected the 15mph-22mph to be like but it’s way faster that I anticipated. The battery life seems great, the look of the bike is beautiful, especially with the color, and I really like the front and back lights! The assembly was tricky honestly, I couldn’t understand the instructions much but there is a video on YouTube for the assembly of the EB5 E-Bike and it’s almost 1-1 in similarities so I used that as a base to build off on, so I recommend that. The seat is a pretty brown color but slightly small which may cause discomfort at first, so there is room for upgrade if need be! It’s just slightly tall for me, but that’s also because I am not a very tall person lmao. Overall the bike is great and I definitely recommend it!

love it. Got it for my wife who is disabled and can't really pedal. With throttle only（no pedaling), it gets up to 22 mph and about 25 miles of range. I can get it to go faster and farther using the pedal assist mode. Nice to have both options. I was worried because of the great discount before Christmas, but it was totally worth it
