I love this bike. Back in October I purchased this Jasion cruiser as my first ebike to get me to/from work, 6 mi roundtrip. The instruction manual was confusing, but the unboxing video is super helpful. Took about an hour to put it together. The bike must have been bumped around a bit during shipping, which is expected - so I had to adjust the derailleur a bit after watching a YouTube video to learn this skill. Then I was good to go. And go I did, with a huge smile on my face. I'm about 145 lb, and I could hit 23 mph on the flat sections in PAS mode. It's so fun to ride and has a cute retro vibe. It struggles on steep hills, but I have some mild hills on my commute, and it did great if I pedaled along. A couple of months ago, some jerk stole my bike while I was in the grocery store for 5 minutes. I considered upgrading to a more expensive ebike, but after a lot of thought I ended up purchasing the same exact Jasion cruiser. And it's even better! The company must have improved the packaging, because I didn't have the derailleur issues during installation, and it goes 3 mph faster than my old one! love it. Got it for my wife who is disabled and can't really pedal. With throttle only（no pedaling), it gets up to 22 mph and about 25 miles of range. I can get it to go faster and farther using the pedal assist mode. Nice to have both options. I was worried because of the great discount before Christmas, but it was totally worth it ... show more

The bike is great and goes a long way on a single charge. I would give it a 5 star but I also ordered the extended warranty and never received any documentation from the seller. I don't know if I actually have the warranty or just gave them more money.

This is the best bike I have ever purchased and already considering another if we can financially arrange it. The kids are all asking for one too! 😆🤣 We just received the bike today at maybe 5pm. We have put it together which was pretty easy and we have already taken it 10 miles and many more to come! We even attached a trailer for the younger kids to cruise with us and they had a blast! The bike is pretty, but that’s where the good things end. First time riding it, the bike seat doesn’t lock in place and slips down while riding, so the height can’t be set. The most dangerous issue is the throttle, it goes in and out when riding the bike. While the throttle is fully engaged, the power decreases to almost a stop and then randomly jolts back to life. What’s even more frustrating, is the fact that the bike doesn’t function properly, but the seller is going to charge me $110 for return shipping, for a faulty, non-functioning item. Also, it states that the battery is UL listed, but doesn’t seem to be true. Amazon needs to have quality control checks on their sellers. I’ll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. ... show more

I needed an electric bike to get me to work and home. I have not biked to work since before the pandemic and I have lots of hills in my neighborhood. The assembly was a little challenging, some of the directions didn't make sense but with the help of my husband... and dog we got it done. The major areas to connect are the seat, handle bars, front tire, light and mud pads. You'll need to inflate tires as well. I test rode it on Sunday and purposefully went to the hills, it works great. Especially the throttle button. This is my first ever electric bike ride, so that kick is amazing. I'm now on day 2 of biking to work and what is a 23 minute ride according to Google maps is only 17 on this bike. The battery I do take off when I go into the office, you can lock it on if you don't want to carry it with you but I brought it in today because the battery did exhaust quite quickly today. It wasn't fully charged from the night before. Just a tip, it charges when the battery is on. Other than that, I'm satisfied with this inexpensive and convenient purchase. Nice bike fun to ride. Be careful if you are short. Being 5'2" bike is difficult to get on and off as you cannot step thru have to swing leg over. Also would be nice if it was possible to lower seat more being short. Otherwise bike is quite nice.
