I bought this bike May 17. I got on May 22 but every time I sit on the bike, it makes a sweet noise and I’ll look around and see if any whales with a welder bike together. Was it broken out but I don’t know what the problem is or where it’s coming from.

I spent a lot of time researching e-bikes within the $700 range. Since this was my first e-bike I didn’t want to spend a lot, but wanted something fun and reliable. So far it has been great! I have taken it on trails and the beach and the big tires are perfect for those surfaces. It is fast and battery last for a long time. I might buy a back up battery for longer rides and upgrade the brakes. Brakes are good for price of the bike, but there are better brakes that can level the bike up. I bought this bike in late April of 2026. When we first sat on the bike it make a loud squeaking noise. I contact customer support and they took forever to get back to me. When they finally did they asked for a video and I sent it to them the same day. They emailed me back saying that they could hear anything on my video. I recorded my video with my iphone. I've never recorded anything on mute or without sound. It's been a pain to get a refund and its been several weeks now. Be careful. If anything goes wrong its a pain to get any kind of service or refund. Keep in mind, this issue was out of the box. No riding or anything. ... show more

The welds are most likely done by a robot because they are perfect. Easy to assemble and surprisingly powerful. Rides awesome! Delivered in mint condition by Fed Ex. Sadly I crashed in 3 seconds (don't start in mode 5 by pedaling, use the throttle). It took off way faster than expected which is awesome considering my stupidity. I will be buying a second one soon. I received this fabulous powerful E-Bike earlier than expected which was a plus!! I have a collection of 5 scooters and 2 E-bikes. I have 2 Jasion scooters. Awesome scooters!! I put all my trust in Jasion E-rides! The Jasion E-Bike YR20 is a very fun bike!!! The BIGGER tires are AWESOME! You would think the bigger tires would be heavier, but they are actually pretty lightweight. I feel safer on the YR20 than all my other e-rides I have.
