Package arrived earlier than expected with slight damage on one corner of the box but no damage to the bike. Installation was fairly straightforward although the manual could be a little bit clearer. The supplied tools are all you need. The bike performs well and is comfortable to ride. It’s a great value for the money. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for an entry level e-bike and don’t want to drop a lot of cash. I received a voicemail from Joseph with Jaison but he didn’t annunciate very well and spoke so fast I couldn’t understand him. So I’m not sure what the call was about.

Really surprised by this bike. I purchased this as a guest bike for a family member who visits often. It arrived yesterday and was packaged really well. The bike was super easy to put together and I managed to do it myself fairly quickly. I gave it a test ride today, and it handled GREAT! I have a more expensive, well-known brand for myself, and this one is much zippier (faster at a lower setting). The size is a pretty standard size with plenty of room to raise the seat if needed. I'm 5ft6in and have the seat adjusted at the lowest possible height. I know that several people mentioned battery range being an issue, but so far, no issues, although I haven't ridden it too far yet.

I'm a Senior female looking for my first ebike and decided to give the Jasion 26" a try. I love the look of this bike with all the bells and whistles I need. I'm 5'2" 158 pounds. This bike has easy step through and with the seat all the way down, I had no problem handling the bike. The bike really scoots along with little effort on my part. It has 3 pedal assist modes, but I prefer pedal assist 1 which kept me scooting along at 15 mph. The bike charges quickly and has 5 power bar indicators for battery usage. I can easily get 40 to 50 miles per charge with my preferred speed. I'm using the bike in the Tucson area, so there are some hills. My husband put the bike together for me without a problem, but I don't think I could have done it. The shipping packaging was very good, so my bike arrived in great shape. The bike saddle had light shipping damage, but Jasion Bike customer support was really great about sending me a replacement saddle. I can easily ride 20 miles without stressing my knees. I do recommend a helmet because of the speeds. For the price, I don't think you can beat this bike and all the extras it offers. I'm saving up for the front basket for my grocery errands.
