I replaced a 30 year old brother machine with this machine. I love the needle threader, most of my time was spent threading the needle and now I can spend that time sewing instead. Learning to use the needle threader was confusing at first but once I figured it out it's simple. I have sewn and altered about 30 knit fabric clothing items and the stitches look amazing.

I am a previous Janome owner. I am disappointed and sent this machine back. The needle threader worked well. The instructions were clear. But no matter what I did, I couldn’t get a good even stitch. I emailed the company and I did not get a response. I tried again before I boxed it up and couldn’t get it right. So I sent it back.

I liked the ease of use. As well as how quiet it is. Complaint, I use scissors to cut thread because cutter is not very sharp enough and doesn’t cut the thread properly and the cloth sometimes doesn’t stay straight.

Excellent machine. I wished I could have kept it but at the moment could not afford it. But will save up to buy it again and keep it. I love the fact that there are markings also on the bobbin cover. This machine works great!

I used this machine twice and the timing on the mechnical part of the machine went out, took to have it repaired and once again it did not stay in time. so it sits as my time for warranty is gone. I was told that machines that sit on the shelf in warehouses like this would of dry out and have issues, my money was wasted. and I can't afford another machine.
