I liked the ease of use. As well as how quiet it is. Complaint, I use scissors to cut thread because cutter is not very sharp enough and doesn’t cut the thread properly and the cloth sometimes doesn’t stay straight.

I used this machine twice and the timing on the mechnical part of the machine went out, took to have it repaired and once again it did not stay in time. so it sits as my time for warranty is gone. I was told that machines that sit on the shelf in warehouses like this would of dry out and have issues, my money was wasted. and I can't afford another machine. ... show more
