My girlfriend lives in an apartment and she always said she would love to have a place with a fireplace so I found this thing and decided to surprise her with it! I assembled it myself (comes with allen key) and only needed a regular screwdriver for the very last screws and that was it! SUPER EASY! Took me more time to take everything out of the boxes and lay it out to make sure I have everything I needed than it took me to put it together, haha! Instructions are only 4 or 5 steps super easy to follow. It looks awesome, heater is great for a regular sized space too and has two different intensities, same with the flames, you can make it bigger or smaller with the controls / remote. Only thing that could be annoying to some is that the turn on / off beeps is a bit loud but other than that I think its perfect. When she walked in and saw it running with the apartment lights dimmed low etc she freaked out and was so so so happy! Next step is to find her a nice reading chair so she can ait read and relax by the “fire” :)

My fireplace arrived in two shipments, a day apart. My husband, a master carpenter, was impressed with the quality of the product, ease of assembly and the way it all lined up. He did use one of his tools instead of the one enclosed which made putting it together much faster. I am so pleased with the heat production, the look of the flames and ambiance it adds to our home.

The media could not be loaded. I gave this product 3 stars because it is missing 8 important screws (see video/pics). I had to use my own screws to hold it together. Pros/cons *yes, color is an ugly yellow color but can be easily spray painted to any color you like. I knew the color before purchasing because of the reviews. I am okay with it. *very easy to put together once all the pieces are there. * from reading the reviews I see the pieces arrive separately. I am still waiting on the insert fire place part. It’s been 3 days so far. *Update: I got the insert in 5 days *customer service is very responsive *looks great

I don’t usually write reviews but I am very pleased with this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the instructions and the short time it took to set up the fireplace. I wanted to assemble the fireplace without my husband’s help, so I set out by ensuring that all parts were included. I then gathered all tools ( phillips screwdriver and hammer), and started putting the fireplace together. It took about 30 minutes to complete with some minor assistance. I had some difficulties tightening one screw at the top, however, once completed, I must say that I am pleasantly pleased with the price, quality, and time to assemble. It warmed the room Very well. I also love looking at the flames without the heat. It is remote operated and has an operating pad on then fireplace, which adds to the ease of operation. If you are hesitating to purchase this fireplace, don’t wait any longer, you will NOT be disappointed.

The delivery came separately two days apart. Assembly was easy took less than a hour. One of the screws didn't fit but I improvised by just leaving the screw out but it turned out great and is well worth the money and it's a great heat source. I'm ginn get one for my bedroom

This was a bit of a surprise as it was actually much nice than I anticipated. Seller was promptly responsive to shipping questions, as the heater and mantle were shipped separately. Both pieces were packaged very well with no damage at all. Assembly was clear, all parts were there and nothing was damaged or broken during assembly. Mantle is made of quality materials and is very solid. The heating unit works great with very realistic looking flames. Remote works great. This is a very nice looking fireplace and could not have asked for anything more especially at this price point. Extremely happy with this purchase.
