After we received every part to complete the assembly, the assembly was completed in two hours. We quickly fixed a leak at one of the pipe unions in the cabinet. Then ran the pump and filter for an hour before adding the fish from the old tank. No fish were lost Overall pleased with the appearance and operation of this aquarium. Tiger Mountain Customer Staff responded very well to helping us with this delivery and set up in our Family Room.

I have hand this tank set up for about 2 weeks, the sump system developed a leak. This caused about 8 gallons of water to leak out, it has created water stains on my hardwood floor, leaked into my basement and has caused drywall and paint damage that I will now have to PAY to get fixed. Customer "support" (if you can call them that) keeps asking me to put water back into the section of the tank that is leaking risking more damage to my floors and basement walls just so I can send them a picture. It took reporting this seller to amazon and formally requesting a refund OR a replacement sump before they took my issue seriously. They have agreed to send a replacement sump but as of now this has been the saga of dealing with this issue. I still not know how much getting drywall fixed will cost me and I also currently do not know the extent of the damage to my floors. I have rated 2 stars because it has taken almost a week before this seller took me serious but have agreed to replace the defective part. BUT this should have never happened in the first place and will cost me more money to have the damages this leak has caused, fixed. I would suggest spend the extra money and find a local and reputable store to get your future fish tank from. Review update: I have now dropped my rating to 1 star because, they are still requesting picture of the tank before they will send the replacement parts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER AND THIS BRAND OF TANK!!!! I have had enough of dealing with this seller and amazon (refusing to do anything to help this issue). I will be tanking the broken sump section to someone local who can fix this for me sense this seller is now dragging this out and trying to find any loop holes they can to keep from fixing this issue.

They delivered in person the next day. We are in Washington state and they drove across to deliver. It has been running a week to test for leaks and function. Not a drop of water has leaked. This glass is clear and looks great. The base is all metal and strong. It was crated and packed well. It was easy to setup and finish the supplied plumbing. The only needed was a heater.

This aquarium is really nice. It was delivered perfectly within the time. However, I recommend it to people that have already some skill with aquariums. The filtration system had to be assembled, but no instructions were provided. It took a while to figure out the correct way to make all the parts together. Some not intuitive at all. I contacted the customer service, and they have been very kind in trying to help. They provided a youtube link for a similar aquarium, but with a different filtration system. After everything was in place, it took a few days to fix several leaks. It took some "extra" work, like fixing various pipe connections and some silicone. After the several tweaks, the tank is perfectly working. Also, it took some fine tuning of the water flux into and out of the filtration system to reduce the noise. At the end, the tank is very nice. The filtration system is very large, and can accommodate several types of filters (biological and mechanical). The water flux inside the tank seems to be circulating very well. In summary, very good tank with an interesting filtration system, but I don't recommend to people as their first aquarium.

Unless you have Good Experience with a Sump Pump System, DO NOT BUY THIS!! It didn’t come with the Filter Media. So if you set everything up, you still couldn’t operate it. I had to drive all over town to find the filter media - rather than wait for another week for it to be shipped. Assembled the tank watching a YouTube Video because the provided instructions didn’t explain things too well. Once the tank was filled and the pump was working, somehow it over flowed the bottom tank and flooded my living room…twice! To save my floors I had to drain the entire tank and the bottom tank, move everything and dry my floor off. Now I am left to wonder if made the right choice is buying this thing…The company did get in touch with me and they wanted to see photos of leaking or damages - suggesting I should have allowed the water to continue to flood my living room and take photos rather than find the way to stop the water. Went around to local aquarium shops in my area and found someone who was willing to go by the house and check everything out for me, he then assisted me to make sure everything was set up properly, and finally I was all set up. No Thanks to the Company who sold this product, and No Thanks to Amazon, because they were just a third party.

I did have a few issues with my order but they ended up making me whole by giving me a heater. The shipping took longer than expected and it was sometimes difficult to know when I would receive it, but in the end I love the tank and am very pleased with the quality of the product. I do wish they had better instructions for how to set it up, I figured it out but it caused me to question whether I was doing things right. The main thing is how it looks and the quality of the product, that’s why I gave it a 5 star.
