I'm in a rehab facility, recovering from an accident, & needed to print a return label for another Amazon purchase. This little printer does a marvelous job. Connected easily to my laptop & the quality of what it prints is amazing. I'm using an Acer 17-inch laptop that's about 2 years old. Bad reviews make me wonder whether they are using a laptop brand that is not compatible with this printer. I find the quality of the printer and the stuff it prints surprising.

I absolutely LOVE my Jaden's thermal printer!! The app is so easy to work with, connection is good, the quality of my prints is on point and very clear, the printers size works perfectly to just throw it in my bag and GO, it's also very convenient for my small home office. Its just PERFECT!!! Five out of five stars!! I also recommend getting the portable case for it in case you are planning to use it on the go. I also bought the 2 types of paper and I'm happy, the rolled one happens to be challenging to keep it straight/flat, but it's understandable because well, it's a roll.

I love how small it is and the print quality. Loading a roll of paper was ridiculously easy. I had to Google where to get the print driver for Windows 11, but setting up with the app was fast. One thing to think about is that it doesn't cut the paper when you print from a roll. So if this is super important to you, get individual sheets. The advantage of a roll is that you can leave the printer loaded with paper and store it in a case if you buy one. Good choice for a simple black and white printer.

I’ve never owned a printer that actually works, so I guess take this review with a grain of salt. I read the instructions for this printer very carefully and followed them exactly. You are supposed to charge the printer, then it can be used on its own while unplugged. The printer does not stay on unless it is actively charging. When charging, the app you’re supposed to use does not pair with the printer. If you unplug the printer and try to turn it on when it’s charged, it will just give a red light indicating an error. However, it will pair with the app in this state. So, maybe it will print? Wrong. You can ask it to print your document and the app will tell you “page 1 printed, page 2 printed…” but nothing comes out (and yes the paper is loaded properly). I tried for maybe 3 hours before giving up, will be returning.

Writing this review only a few days after receiving it; if my opinion changes I'll circle back. The good *It's about a third the size and cost of Epson's portable inkjet printer, and that includes the built-in roll of paper. *The curly print out issue isn't that big a deal--they're not tightly or stiffly curled. I ordered (separately) flat thermal paper because I was concerned about the curly printout issue, but for my needs it's fine, and the convenience of not having to have paper on hand beyond what's built into the machine is a bonus. *I had no problem loading the driver onto a Windows 10 laptop, nor downloading the app you need to run the thing on an iPhone *While not "rugged", it doesn't have any protruding bits to break at all--it's just a solid little rectangle--so I'm not worried about it getting damaged loose in my work bag. The could-be-better: *The print quality isn't excellent (though you shouldn't be thermal printing anything you need to hold onto for a long time, anyway. For short-term around the jobsite uses, it's fine) *I'm mostly printing greyscale diagrams and text from PDF's. The same exact pdf file printed from the Windows machine looks washed out and hard to read, but when printed from the iPhone looks fine. WTF? *The app is basic and low fi, which is fine, but at least the iOS version can only print files from some social media apps and from the iPhone's "Files" folder. You can't print from a USB in an adaptor on the phone, and you can't print from dropbox etc. The printer also won't show up as an available printer through any other app (ie Dropbox, gmail) even if you have the app open and are linked. This means you have to transfer every file onto your personal Files folder prior to printing. *If you're printing more than one copy or more than one page, you either have to print them one page at a time, or use scissors to cut them apart later. It would be nice if there were a pause-after-each-page option so you could tear. All in all, though, I'm so far happy with the thing.

I was trained to look at negative reviews prior to purchasing. So I did that and decided this was worth the risk. I purchased it and LOVE it. Works perfectly fine for me and on top of that, my paper is laying flat somehow. I’m not even having issues with my paper rolling up. Maybe this company improved their product based on the reviews but I’m happy I purchased this! The convenience is everything to me because I’m not a huge printer, I just need a printer for when I need one (on occasion).

Was uncertain when I bought this because it wasn’t an actual air printer & some reviews said it was difficult to use. However it only took a few minutes to figure it out through the PrintGo app. I was able to connect & print easily from my iPhone. So far have just used the roll paper(which is supplied) & print quality is good. I also bought the flat paper but haven’t used that yet. Bought matching case which I really like. Keeps it dust free, stores charging cable & is great for travel. So far, very happy with the purchase of this cute little printer!
