The couch is beautiful and the black color looks great! I think for the price of similar modular couches it is priced fairly. It was okay putting the couch together. Some of the parts were off slightly but nothing that changed the integrity of the couch. It is very sturdy I’m plus size and it’s extremely plus size friendly. It functions well and is great for lounging and very comfortable. When it arrived there was no chemical smell. HOWEVER SO MANY FEATHERS. They will not stop coming EVER. They’re all over the couch on the floor and they poke me. Black couch + white feathers = 😬 No one else said anything, is it only me??? Other than the feathers it is a near perfect couch… enjoy the photo of the beautiful couch + feathers on ground that poked out this week. I’m half way between 3 and 4 stars. Update- I changed the review, the feathers stopped shedding had finally subsided. It took around 2-3 months. Also the seller said I was able to purchase an additional corner piece separately. I absolutely love my couch!! It is super comfortable, easy to assemble and looks beautiful. Other than having an amazing product the customer service I received was absolutely wonderful!!!! I had two small issues with the shipping and the sellers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They got back to me quick and resolved my problem fast! Love the look of this couch and the ability to move the pieces around. Only giving 4 stars because the cushions come vacuum sealed and packed into the bottom wooden pieces. It’s almost like the vacuum seal comes undone a bit in transit which made it take almost an hour to get one pillow unstuck from between the wooden pieces. ... show more

For the price this couch is great, the cushions are huge. I would say for softness its no more or less comfortable than any other couch i have owned, but because of it being and oversized seat its very comfortable to lay back in or laydown on especially if you have the ottoman. The fabric is fine, it took a little to get the first cover on but once you figure out how they go its easy from there. I like that you can remove the covers for cleaning but also for down the road im sure like any furniture the cushions will lose some fluff and it looks pretty easy to add some memory foam if needed to fluff them back up. ... show more

The couch itself is very nice and high quality! However, I had to knock off two stars because it took us over and hour to just get the items unboxed. They were packed well but way too tight, making it hard to pull out each of the individual couch pieces and cushions. Other than that, assembly was easy. The covers are a bit confusing to put on but watch the videos and you will figure it out. Overall, I’m satisfied but just wish the unpacking process was a bit easiest. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The sofa looks okay, but the texture is rougher than I expected—I was hoping for something softer and more cloud-like. Assembly was pretty easy, putting on the covers was the hardest part. The ottoman doesn’t attach, so it moves around a lot, and the pillows don’t stay in place, which makes it uncomfortable. I ended up adding extra pillows behind the originals to make it work. The delivery was confusing. Only one box came at first, and since this was my first couch purchase, I thought that was the whole sofa. I messaged the seller, and they told me it comes in three boxes. By then, I’d already hired someone to assemble it, but they couldn’t finish because not everything had arrived. It would’ve helped if the order mentioned that. The middle pillows also came a little misshapen, just like in the photos. ... show more
