I ordered this 1000W professional blender in part because of its brand name, Ninja. The UltraCrush Professional Blender, outside of its "total crushing technology," has fewer buttons and features than our previous blender. That's fine, as I never really used the "extras" on my previous blenders, and I really like the straightforwardness of manual speed/power selection of Low, High, and Max. It's a good intentional design choice by Ninja. Setup is rather easy with a quick start guide and full user manual available. A "stacked blade assembly" is included so that the mixing is consistent through the blend and not just coming from the bottom. There are also some recipe ideas included for making smoothies, ice crushes, and other treats. I've only used this blender twice and found the mixer easy to use plus easy to pour via the lid. While the pitcher is advertised at 72 ounces, be aware that it is also said to only have a 64-oz maximum liquid capacity. In part, I think this is due to the size of the blade taking up space within the pitcher. Also, be aware that this blender is almost 18 inches tall! The height of the blender did limit me in placement on both our kitchen counter as well as storage within the kitchen cabinets. So, while I do like that I can serve more guests with less time at the blender due to the size of the pitcher...I did have to do some rearrangement of my kitchen as our previous blender was of a smaller size. Overall, anybody looking for a blender should consider this Ninja UltraCrush Professional Blender as a viable option when they go shopping for blenders. I'm certainly enjoying having a new blender in my kitchen.

If you need a blender, you need this one. I love this, and it's loads better than the lower power similar model. I can make frappes in SECONDS. I like the two-step handle, you're absolutely not going to accidentally take off the lid or start the blender without it. The blades are a slight pain to clean, you need a sturdy brush so you're not risking your skin, BUT the fact that it's dishwasher safe is a huge plus. Just rinse it off immediately after using it and put it into your next load, it'll get clean including any edges that the brush might not get. It does say that it isn't to be used with hot foods - this is a safety issue regarding air pressure, there isn't a hole in the lid that you can keep uncovered other than the pour spout. If you're going to risk it, pulse and release air, go slowly.

This blender is exactly what I was looking for. It's simple, powerful, and reliable. The blender has no problem crushing ice, frozen fruit, or tougher ingredients, and it blends everything to a smooth consistency quickly. I’ve used it for smoothies, hot soups, and even grinding oats perfectly. The design of the preset smoothie timing is convenient as it delivers consistent results. The pulse function is also very useful when I want more control over texture. The pitcher is a great size for larger batches, whether for family use or meal prep. The stacked blade system does an excellent job processing ingredients evenly. The lid doesn't leak whatsoever. And it seems to stand up to a dishwasher and doesnt break down. It doesn’t have unnecessary extra features. Its simply a solid performance that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Overall, this is a powerful, no nonsense blender that earns a full five stars.

This Ninja 1000w blender with glass pitcher is a great addition to any kitchen or beverage location. It has a large capacity of 72 oz (64 oz liquid) in a well-designed and strong glass pitcher. The blades are placed in locations to facilitate ice breakage in seconds, resulting in a well-blended smoothie or beverage. The parts are BPA free, with the pitcher and blades being dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. The look is simple and elegant, allowing for it to be stored in sight rather than having to find a cubby for it, especially since it is fairly tall when assembled. It has three speeds to accommodate the ingredients and to avoid over blending that could occur at higher speeds. The noise level is fairly loud at higher speeds with ice but is appropriate for this appliance. After our last party, this is a mainstay on the bar.

I own a lot of items from the Ninja brand, so my expectations were pretty high for this blender. I am impressed! This blender holds enough to make enough smoothies or milkshakes for my 6 person family. It is a bit loud, but it is powerful, so that was expected - plus, I haven't ever owned a quiet blender! It cuts through frozen fruit with ease as long as I have enough liquids along with the fruit. I love the locking lid so when my kids use it, they won't accidentally not put the lid on tight enough and cause a mess. This blender is packaged very nicely so it looks good and it was not damaged. This would make a very nice gift!

This blender spoke to me... it said make margaritas.... SO I DID! It did great. Bluntly, this is a great blender, good ergonomics and you can comfortably let in run without holding it down on the base, as it locks in really well. It was easy to clean, not super loud, chopped up ice like it was butter. The pour spout is also great, as is the LOCKING LID!!! Like wow, this blender really has everything. The box, maybe the manual says for home use only..... which I find interesting on a "Professional Blender" but maybe they mean the design? Either way, this thing is stout and I would feel comfortable having in a business setting if blended items aren't our main thing. For the first time in a while I have no complaints about this thing, it just plain rocks. The blades are sharp, the plastic housing that holds the blades feels great and the pitcher didn't leak at all like my old one. Great buy.
