So first off, I only had a couple of reviews to go off of, I’d been eyeing this sectional for months. When I tell you months, every night I would check to see if the price changed at all, and it didn’t but it was fine. This price for the quality and how quickly it arrived. I’m gonna post a video and photo once I make my living room look worthy of the pic LOL but nonetheless this sectional is amazing, I love that every piece is removal and washable, I am also in awe that the ottomans are actual storage like wow. They did that! I got the black color because I have young boys and white and beige wouldn’t last a day! It took me like 3 hrs to building but because I was cleaning in between and the boxes were huge. If you have been thinking about it, do it! It’s huge, so make sure you check the dimensions of the space you want to put it in before purchasing. I’m so happy with my purchase, and as far as how firm I would say firm/soft - you have to fluff them up before place them it makes all the difference. The media could not be loaded. In the video is the v-shape sectional in color white. Prior to buying this sectional, we spent months looking for one that checked every box - every part needs to be washable (we have kids), we wanted down feather bottom cushions and firmer back pillows, ivory or beige in color, very deep and oversized, under $1800, modern, velvety soft, didn't want to wait weeks for it to arrive, and have a fabric that doesn't pill or ball up. This couch was EXACTLY all of those things! There weren't a lot of a reviews or photos of this so we were super nervous, but our expectations were completely exceeded. I seriously never write reviews but I'm truly blown away by this sectional. The video I posted of the couch shows what it looks like 30 mins after being unpacked (so keep in mind the cushions get bigger and fluffier than what you see in my video.) Now, hours later the cushions have fully fluffed up and are sooo thick and soft. The fabric almost appears like linen but feels soo soft and high quality like a thick quality velvet feel - unlike the sectional we had before which was like the Ashley furniture tanavi that pilled horribly and felt like a potato sack. The seats are so deep and comfortable, the size is perfect and when laying on opposite ends my husbands feet don't even touch mine 😂 The couch had an estimated delivery of 2 weeks after the day we bought, it was purchased on the 15th and delivered the 19th, 4 days later! So exciting for us since we had just sold our couch days before ordering. Additionally I am completely impressed with the customer service from this seller. The sectional we purchased was beige but we were incorrectly sent the white one. We contacted them immediately and they responded same day and let us know they would be sending us the correct beige colored covers for all parts of the sectional ASAP and free of any charge. I bought this couch because we wanted a deep seated sectional but needed it to be modular since we won’t be in this house long term (future layout may not be the same). We didn’t have the budget for a 6k couch. After some time I finally ordered this and to my amazement, we aren’t disappointed. Shipment comes in 4 boxes (I believe, maybe 3). It’s packed in the boxes good. Fairly simple to put together. The cushions are adequate. Not the most comfortable but not uncomfortable. If you sit between 2 cushions you’ll feel the wood base. I seen another review that someone bought memory foam to put in the cushions so that’s what I did. I bought a king size memory foam mattress topper (3in) and cut it to size to fit into the bottom cushions. It seriously made a huge difference. I’ve had family stay with us and need to sleep on the couch and they have zero issues. Top cushions are comfortable, they’ll get deformed after some time but you just have to fluff them and sit them back up straight. I’ve had toddlers and dogs on the couch and the cushions clean easily. The removable covers come off nice but now I have the memory foam in them they’ll be harder to get back on. Laundry stain remover and a cloth easily get messes on the cushions. Overall love this couch. We got the ivory color (off white, beige) and it goes great with the aesthetic I’m going for. Some feathers have popped through but maybe only 2 or 3. Very happy with the couch especially for the price. ... show more

The couch arrived in 6 boxes (tons of trash be prepared) but it was very easy to assemble with no tools needed if you don’t want the sections connected (I didn’t). One of my covers looked like it got caught in a machine so I contacted the company and they are sending me a new one, hassle free. I love it, everything fluffed up easily and it’s super comfy. I bought this couch knowing I would have to spruce it up in order for it to be very comfy. The couch itself was easy to put together and shipping was quick. What’s on the pictures is what is you get so I was very happy with that. I bought pillows from Target to replace the back pillow-inserts as well as cutting up a mattress topper and putting it at the base of all butt-cushions. I wish the back pillows were Velcro because they do move around but with the price you can honestly install that yourself. I would recommend this couch to anyone who wants a basic couch and doesn’t mind jazzing it up as the couch is already cheap in itself. ... show more
