I feel like these did and didn’t help. The shirt I wore was long sleeve and I feel like it only fit a tiny bit better. I also feel like I could only wear these for so long before I needed to take them off. Definitely will try them again.

I like these arm covers, they are moderately welcomed for their light compression use. While my arms are a bit big being a bigger girl I mainly use these for protection in my job, they help minimise scratches and irritations when wearing short sleeves. They also could be useful in the sun but I try to avoid that and use sunscreen when all possible. When I'm folding boxes or rubbing against things at work they are quite helpful. I haven't been able to incorporate the donut method as the woman in the photo but I am sure they help with the pastry approach as well. ... show more

After a day of wearing these, they started to roll up and wouldn't lay how they are supposed to on your arms. Ended up throwing them away the same week I got them.
