This tiny chip has been invaluable. Excellent range, usable with multiple Jabra devices, it doesn't play well with Bluetooth cell phones, a new mail notification interrupts a Bluetooth audio feed active from another source to the headset. If you're watching a video on your phone, and Outlook wants to play a new message sound, you'll lose sound for up to 30 seconds. Likewise if you're on a MS Teams call and your phone wants to play a new message sound, you'll lose sound from your video call. In year 3 I had to super glue the USB sheath back onto the electronics. After 4.5 years of use, constantly being pulled out of one laptop and into another, it finally broke into multiple pieces. Wow - this is the first time I've ordered something online and was totally blown away by how exactly it worked like it should. This bluetooth adapter is for the Jabra headsets Motion and Supreme - they sell them in a UC pack that come with this usb adapter, but I like an idiot thought I'd save money and not get one and just connect the headset to my computer's bluetooth - that didn't work and was too scratchy. I read that you could connect the headset to two different devices, and since I make calls through salesforce on my computer, and received calls through my cellphone, this was perfect but I doubted it would easily work like that. It arrived today, I installed it, and with the Jabra direct app for windows, there is a call manager screen that pops up and manages what devices it is connected to and whenever you're on a call lets you mute or end the call no matter if it's through the computer or your cell phone. I'm amazed. Also I was able to go to the other side of my office and still be connected to my computer via this usb adapter - so the distance is quite good. ... show more

I am having a horrible time using the blue tooth. I can use the headset if I plug directly into the computer. However, if I try to go wireless and connect to the USB adaptor, my connections are not consistent. I can be in a call and then suddenly the other call participants can no longer hear me even though I can hear them. This has happened repeatedly. I have checked that the mute feature was not on and only have the problem when using this bluetooth adaptor. ... show more
