Should work 100% of the time, all the time. It works intermittently, only used a handful of times and has been plugged in all the time. The syncing between the usb and the app is laughable. The USB needs a revamp otherwise replace/return every several months.

Ever time I opened my laptop it seemed I had to pull it out and let it set up USB device, again.. Sometimes the connect app would never detect it until after several attempts to get it connected.
