    • Not a Great Head Grip, But Good Audio For My Needs
The item arrived in a plastic bag. Neither plus nor minus. It reduces wasted plastic, though I personally have a fear of shipping damage this way. Microphone seems clear and is easily adjustable to be at my mouth. Speaker quality is good. I'm no audiophile. I'm not using these for music, but to view technical videos at work. For that, it's proven more than adequate. The one complaint that I have keeps me from rating it a 5. But I don't consider it a huge issue. It's basically slipping off my ears and my head. It feels like the earpads slowly slip off my ears over a couple of hours. And if I bend over, so far, I've had them slip off every time. ... show more

Terrible is just a word in the dictionary. First day received plugged in and out of my laptop and this ''magnificent" piece of technology died. Fast. Was travelling for work and had to buy another cam on the spot for my online meetings.
