The J10 machine is heavy duty and perfect for leg curls and extensions! Unlike most weight benches which have a very limited range of motion when performing leg curls, the J10 allows a FULL RANGE OF MOTION! I also love how the bench tilts up, so that taller people won't hit their feet against the ground when doing leg extensions. There are even multi-level adjustments for leg curls, extensions, and seat tilt! This is the ideal machine for leg curls and extensions!!!

Solid piece of equipment; easy to assemble; works as advertised. Point of clarification: this equipment does support both 1" and 2" plates, which is not mentioned in the text (although it is mentioned in the videos). I asked Alexa if it supports 2" plates and it said no, likely due to no mention in the text. The photos seemed to indicate that it does support 2" plates, using a sleeve - similar to another bench that I have.

This machine is very budget friendly, but it's not the best (or the worst either). As you can see in the video, the middle part between my knees can be very uncomfortable. It's not the best placement for the hinge. The end caps to the foam rollers, those do not stay in, they just fall right out. But that's esthetics only, not functional. But the price is good and if you're just starting out, it will work pretty decently for you.

Honestly very easy to set up, it took me and my partner about less than an hour to build this. We just laid out each part and the instructions were very easy to read and pretty straight forward. I thought it was going to be smaller but it’s actually a pretty decent size and very durable definitely worth it for the price.
