I purchased this queen size airbed back in August of 2023. I inflated the bed and used a couple of times. The next time I tried to used on November 6, 2023 and noticed the bed was losing air. I was finally able to find the source a hole was in the seam of the air bed. I put the patch that comes with the bed on. This still did not resolve the issue. I then sent an email to infosleeplux.net on November 8, 2023 and to date, I still have not heard back from them. This mattress pops up quickly, filling the twin size mattress to firm . We found this twin mattress to be easy to inflate and deflate, It was comfortable and stayed relatively inflated, even with a 200 lb person on top of the mattress. The media could not be loaded. I have now had this air mattress for a year, we bought it when we had a last minute house guest that needed a bed. They slept on it for over a week and it worked great. We have used it a couple times since then and got it out over Christmas this year, it holds the air well, is comfy for an air mattress (my husband and I both slept on it for a Christmas sleepover in the living room) and the best part is it inflates AND DEFLATES itself within minutes! It’s so easy and quick and requires minimal effort to set up and take down. I have slept on air mattresses in the past that are so uncomfortable and set up air mattresses without the built in pump before, this really fits all the air mattress needs for a reasonable price. I purchased 2 of these SleepLux Durable Inflatable Air Mattress with Built-in Pump, Pillow and USB Charger for a couple of camping trips this summer, 2023. First off these are very comfortable beds. They are self inflating/deflating and are fast. They have a built in pillow ridge along the the head and the inflation motor also has a USB charger, convenient. The inflation motor is also quieter than most I’ve had in the past which is very nice. The documentation for these beds states that the first several uses will be accompanied by a certain amount of stretching which is understandable. However I’ve now used them on two trips consisting of 5 nights total and these air mattresses are still requiring re-inflation on average 4 times per night which is in my experience is excessive. To be clear here, we’re not talking about a little air loss we’re talking about substantial air loss to the point that you’re inches off the floor and have to roll off the bed to get up. Previous air mattresses I’ve had went thru the stretching phase for about 4 nights after which they held air for days. These SleepLux Durable Inflatable Air Mattress with Built-in Pump, Pillow and USB Charger are lucky to hold air for a few hours. Another issue experienced is the storage bag that comes with the bed is very cheap and low quality and one of the bags split down the seam the first trip, as I’ve mentioned I’ve had several of these air mattresses over the years and I do know how to correctly fold them. The split seam was not due to overstuffing, it’s just a low quality bag that wasn’t up to the task. Now it’s new travel bag is an, available at the time “Hefty Garbage Bag”. Over all, these beds are good beds but the re-inflation several times a night is a pain and very disappointing. I really can’t recommend these beds because I, like most people, prefer to sleep thru the night. ... show more

Honestly, this is one of the better inflatable mattresses I’ve owned. It’s very comfortable and has an easy inflate/deflate feature. I’ve used it a ton, but unfortunately started to slowly deflate with use after only 7 months. I can’t visibly see a puncture or anything, but definitely isn’t usable anymore. You need to have this air bed for emergencies. You never know when you might need an extra bed. It came in handy so many times. It stores easily. I haven't been able to get it back in the box but it does not take up much more room than a comforter. It inflates in the matter of minutes. It does take long to deflate either. No one has ever complained about sleeping on it. They are happy that they do not have to sleep in the floor. ... show more

Purchased this air mattress from Amazon on 6-1-2023. It arrived and I put it away in a closet until November. My daughter was due to come for a visit, so I put it up in a carpeted bedroom. It deflated a little bit. In December when she visited for Christmas she slept on it. We needed to add more air. Now in January we discovered it was leaking air around the seam. I have sent 2 emails to info@sleeplux.net which Amazon told me to do since I have a 1 year warranty. They have never responded. I found another email, support@sleeplux.com, but still no response from the company. It is hard to sleep on it and end up on the ground in the morning. ... show more
