The media could not be loaded. I bought this machine as a birthday gift for my wife, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. At first, the machine worked fine, but then the frother stopped working completely. I reached out for a replacement, hoping for a better experience, but the second machine was even worse. It doesn’t froth at all it just releases hot water instead of properly frothing the milk. For the price, I expected a reliable product, but instead, I ended up with two defective machines. The media could not be loaded. I wanted to upgrade from a basic coffee machine.This is a great little machine, but it did not work for long. After about a month or so it started to stop in the middle of the process. The machine is very loud and occasionally the clean option will not work.

I took a chance to buy this without any reviews, I’m glad I did. It is easy to use and makes me a good cup of cappuccino. There are many other options to try, so I look forward to experimenting withe this further. One minor thing, it does make a lot of sound (vibrating), but I think most machines do that. Maybe put something rubbery under it? I need to try it myself. It doesn’t really bother me. I will still enjoy my coffee. ... show more

The coffee maker is slightly over 13 inches tall and not 12" as the description states. Still I I decided to keep and relocate my coffee bar area. The brewing quality is amazing compared to a traditional coffee maker, however the frother keeps putting out steamed water instead of milk. Sometimes I get foamed milk, most times just water. I'm disappointed for the price I paid and the fact that it's brand new I shouldn't have this issue. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The machine keeps kicking the milk container out so you have to hold it in while frothing the milk. You can see in the video what I am talking about. I used water in the video but normally it's milk in there. Also..the coffee and milk comes out warm at best.

Wife bought me this for my birthday. Appreciate her as always but wish she would have looked at reviews before buying. This thing doesn't make foam, just spits out a little bit of hot watery milk. My 12 year old made one after seeing this fail by some shaking method he saw on TikTok...it was better than the "cappuccino" from the machine. Basically just a really expensive coffee machine that only serves one little cup. ... show more
