Just got the futon today, so can’t speak to its resilience. It was very easy to install - I was able to unpack and assemble all within my 30min lunch break with time to spare. No issues with the quality. It does sit low and is not the most comfortable if you were to use in main sitting area and sit in for long periods of time. However, comfort in my main couch is a very high priority for me. For our purpose of (slightly awkward) open den room where it won’t be used daily, it works perfectly and looks great! Decent couch for people 5’9” and under. The included back cushions suck so you WILL need to buy big throw pillows but I made this thing work. The storage included in the chaise lounge section is awesome. The way it pulls out into a bed is awesome. I could definitely see myself extending the life of the couch by switching the bed cushion with the couch cushion. I wouldn’t recommend by itself but if you want to spend another 120 on throw pillows this makes a decent base. We bought the medium gray sofa and after getting it put together and trying very hard to like it I just cannot. This was meant to be an affordable option to breast feed and relax on and host my mother when she comes to help with our new baby. My back hurts even more. I’d return it if it wasn’t so difficult. Send pictures doesn't match up to the pictures of the way it looks like and the photographs on the way they sell it 10 cushions they said cushions were very comfortable I tend to disagree but also it took me a couple hours 2 to 3 hours to put it together cuz it all came in pieces completely completely apart every piece every hinge every screwed had to be installed considering visually impaired it was not a great experience I'm kind of silent I want to return it but I already put it together so that's it I would suggest if you can do better do better unlimited to but I can buy and I know better now ... show more
