This is definitely a cheap tablet for a reason! You get what you pay for. ! It’s okay for a kid, but we have excellent internet and the tablet would just sit there and constantly spin during setup! After setup, it was just extremely slow to do anything! Pay a little extra money if you are wanting better quality.

I purchased this new tablet for my grandchildren at my home and it was delivered March 26, 2023. From the beginning the tablet would freeze up when I tried to touch the apps buttons. I would reboot, leave it off for 10 minutes, and turn it back on and the buttons would function. Now 2 days after my availability to return and replace this tablet, that functioning procedure no longer works. The tablet is totally frozen when I try to touch the apps buttons. I need help to get this tablet up and running properly. I live on Social Security and I saved a long time to be able to afford this tablet and I do not have the funds to purchase another one. I would appreciate your help in getting this tablet up and running properly. Thank you . —————- Heard from the company and they were top rate!! The media could not be loaded. I ordered the pink one for my little girl. I chose the one in between, not too cheap but not too expensive. But I opened the package, the box was super nice, and also WOW to the tablet. Very nice, more than what I expected. It's not cheap table as what I went thro the reviews. Yes, the sound is not too loud as what I went thru the review but I think it's okay for the kids. I would recommend.

I knew I was not getting a top of the line tablet for this price, was just looking for something my son could watch videos on during car rides and video chat at times. Kids YouTube and YouTube doesn't run on a normal basis. Is not my internet either, all my other devices work fine...interface and everything is cool and maybe asking a bit to much for price point. Warranty isn't through Amazon either, have to go through the manufacturer so not like the Amazon tablets where if anything goes wrong they replace.
