The media could not be loaded. So I purchased this 2-set water filter faucet, which is very nice. The design is very appealing. So after about a year with it I would turn it on it would leak water through the tubing on the outside and essentially wet the entire sink. This was very annoying and a waste of water as well. I would have to close the valve beneath the sink to make sure it didn’t leak. Luckily, it was a two-pack so I just replaced it with the second one and hopefully this one lasts longer than a year. I wondered if it’s a design flaw but the white plastic gasket I’m gonna call… it broke. I don’t know how it would have broken but I tried putting some teflon and that didn’t work either. Otherwise it’s a very nice and elegant faucet.. I hope the photos and video help. ... show more

Last summer we purchased an I-Spring GA1-BN RO faucet for our under sink filtration system. Recently we noticed that the faucet leaked a small amount of water at the base after each use. I contacted customer service and immediately reached a support agent. Nick listened carefully and promptly took ownership of the problem by offering to ship us a replacement faucet free of charge. I ordered this faucet to match the main kitchen faucet because the one that came with our filtration kit had a brushed finish. The faucet has a clean and simple design that isn't obtrusive. The lever is very smooth with just the right amount of resistance. After installation a small manufacturing defect at the tip of the faucet was noticed. I contacted iSpring support for warranty assistance and one of their representatives (Nick) had a replacement sent out to us. The replacement is flawless and arrived very quickly!
