It's non-toxic, biodegradable, and doesn't have the powerful, harmful fumes other brands have. It also works extremely well to clean your brushes. sometimes, I have left my brushes out too long without cleaning them and they got dry and crusty. I soaked them in this brush cleaner overnight and I was able to clean them the next day with no problems. Additionally, it's a good brush conditioner.     • Hand soap works better for oil paint
I used this on my oil paint brushes, it wasn’t very good and left a lot of color in the brushes. I then tried regular generic hand soap and the oil paint came right out.

    • Cleans brushes well
I like the fact that it’s pretty much odorless and cleans up with soap and water. It gets dried paint off of brushes well. If there’s a lot of dried paint on the brush, then you have to soak the brush in the brush cleaner for 20 or 30 minutes. Great product. I recommend it.

It works even older brush that hardened for years I soaked it for over night and washed it with soap bar. I recommend it.

- I like that this is a natural cleaner as I have allergies to chemicals. But that also means it may or may not work as well as some others if you let the brushes get overly dirty and dried.
