First off, I am a guy with really white legs. Apparently I didn't get any of the Italian genes that my Father brought to the table. Instead God chose to give me all of the German and French whiteness from my Mother. No matter what I do I am never able to hold a decent color. I have tried different self tanners over the years, but there has always been some kind of problem with them. I found Isle of paradise reading a health and wellness blog. I decided to give it a try and I was very impressed. I didn't want a dark tan because I thought that would be too drastic so I went with the light color. It gives me the most even natural looking tan I have had from a self tanning mousse. I'm on day 3 now and it still looks like I have just gotten back from the beach. I’ve been using isle of paradise for yearsss and it was always the best. Now they changed the formula for the light mouse it’s not clear anymore and it goes on different. Also the last 2 times I bought it the pump stopped working, even when I buy it directly from their website. Won’t be using anymore ... show more

St Tropez wins! While this one did work I never had streaking or color issues with st tropez while using Mits and a brush like u have with this stuff my legs were always even and I'm having this issue after following directions to a t. I moisturizein the correct time frame i exfoliate a day before . The areas I got a "even " tan it almost seemed sheer where you could sorta see my paleness through the tan. I will attempt to use it up but we will see if it even evens out and how buildable/ orange is get. I do this gradually to have a more authentic tan time line otherwise I'm super pale one day and golden the next. The medium is eventually gonna give me some sorta bronze which I really wasnt going for I wanted just to have pigment but when your a red head you can't be too picky. ... show more

This is my 2nd bottle of this and 2nd pump that broke. I like the color it gives me but disappointed in the pump. The 2nd bottle I bought is still brand new and just tried to use it and the pump is broken.
