Works great and looks amazing. The unit had a few dents like previous reviews have mentioned. It did take three of us to lift and install. The unit on high is a bit loud. For the price it's a good deal. We are happy with our investment.

Product was missing one of the L brackets so instead of waiting another week for delivery of a new unit (can't just ship a part) I had to purchase a bracket in order to complete the installation. The blue plastic covering on the stainless steel is not removed before the manufacture crimps the two pieces together so it's almost impossible to remove completely. Unit is a bit loud, but the vent power is good. Make sure when securing the L brackets the bottom set of screws are at least 9 inches from the bottom, it will make securing the hood to the L bracket much easier.     • Stainless steal had scratches, dent in fan box. Ask to send new stainless steal case but no answer.
We love our stove vent. The fan housing had a dent but we were able to fix it. Could we get a new medal covering, it has some scratched and we don't know how to remove scratches. If you can tell how to remove scratches great otherwise could you send us a new cover> We will pay for cover if that is what it takes. We sent back the last one because cover was bent and felt we could not take the chance and make it worse by trying to fix the dent. Thanks Aubrey Morris p.s please get back with me! ... show more

After looking at quite a few range hoods, I settled on this one for suction, noise and looks. I was not disappointed. I would advise that you take the blue protector plastic off before you put it up because I still haven't been able to get it all off. Also, have stainless cleaner to get fingerprints off. If it had a dimmer for the lights it would have gotten five stars. ... show more
