The e-bike came packaged and it was generally easy to assemble. No need for any tools except for a box cutter to remove bindings and a few zip tis to really secure down some of the cables. In general, the bike runs well in PAS mode 3 or above. On my bike, PAS mode 1 or 2 isn't so smooth as you will feel like the mechanism is slipping. This happens just before the assist initiates. I do not feel this on 3, 4, and 5. I was also unable to find the 'bell' button. The headlamp is weak and not ideal for use in dark streets, which is sad because the cost to put in some good LED bulbs is probably marginal. I now have to augment my front light with some high-vis lighting. ALso when I purchased the bike, it was suppose to come with a free helmet. That was not included. I didn't care as I already had a helmet but I find that disappointing. More on the bike: Bike quality seems good if you do not mind the little things I have mentioned. For the price, you get what you paid for and it is worth the money. UpDATE: after working with support. We resolved the technical issues. Bike still works great after many months. Would buy again.

The bike is beautiful and sturdy. I love this bike so much. Battery life is also great. The seat is not 100% comfortable but it’s not a problem, if you intend to ride de bike a lot you can also buy a different one. Still everything is perfect about this bike. I recommend to everyone.

I have a higher end e-bike that cost me more than twice the price of this bike. I needed a 2nd bike so my husband could ride with me on excursions. This bike matched up very closely in its specifications to my original e-bike. It came folded up in a box and in all honesty, the hardest part was getting it out of the box and unwrapping it. The only parts that needed installation were the handle bars and the seat. I used this bike for a couple weeks now and it is a lot of fun. It is zippy, handles very steep hills very well and the battery seems to last when riding. I also like that this bike can be put in “cruise” mode in which I don’t need to hold the throttle to propel myself. The only major difference between this bike and my more expensive one is that I have shocks on my original bike which handle the bumps of the road much more smoothly. The digital speedometer and battery meter are a plus on this bike as it’s so easy to see. I have no reservations about writing a positive review of this product as it is a great bike!

The media could not be loaded. We test rode the lectric bike at a local bike shop that were twice the price. I did a lot of research to match what we were looking for, price and quality and decided on these bikes. We bought a black and gold (tan) one. We had to put the front wheel, pedals, seat and fenders on, out of box. The bikes work perfect with a lot of power. We took them camping with us and rode on gravel, grass and paved road. I added the crate on the luggage tack to put my dog in. The only negative is the placement of the key is under the frame so it is hard to locate. The bikes were able to climb about an 8% incline with no issue. We rode around camp for 3 days on 1 charge and still have about 1/2 charge left. I am very happy with our purchase. If I was to buy again I would buy without the fenders . The back fender and luggage rack holds the brake light so if you remove the fender there is no where to put light bracket . Would’ve been nice to include that bracket if I choose to remove fender. I cannot find a replacement anywhere. Still live the bikes though, just food for thought on the fenders.

Nice bike, arrived in good shape and easy to assemble. The tool kit supplied is very poor quality, Allen keys stripped after one use, no 14mm wrench supplied so you cannot adjust seat angle. No warranty card supplied with bike, customer service unresponsive to request, no warranty service without this card do so not sure what will happen when there are issues.

I wanted a lightweight foldable ebike that would be a good fit for my wife who's about 5 feet tall. Most ebikes of this type mount the battery back of the seat post, meaning that a rider must be over 5'3" in height since there is a lower limit of adjustment of the seat. The bike arrived promptly, was well packaged, and was easy to assemble with the tools provided. The Isinwheel support has been very helpful, first providing recommendations on which of their bikes are suitable for shorter people and next in responding to a few questions about tire inflation recommendations and how to deal with temperatures for storage and battery charging. My only minor complaint is that the seat is not too comfortable for longer rides. I think that issue can be addressed with a gel seat cover.

Edit: Had an issue with the bike not starting. It was the battery. A member of customer service reached out to me and sent a new battery. It now works as advertised! I love this bike. It seems to be durable and handle different terrains with ease while still providing a smooth ride. Very pleased with the bike now that the battery works. Customer Service did what they said and the new battery arrived promptly. Greatful for the time and effort customer Service took to address the issue. Bought this bike on sale and was super excited. Shipped a week sooner than projected! Set it up, fully charged the battery and it does not work...at all. Screen will turn on for a brief moment and that is about it. Waiting to hear back from customer service...will update pending their response.
