Hello everyone. I hope this help you guys First of all this it’s an amazing bike and its price it’s Amazing. You will not get anything with this build quality and certifications. I received my bike well packed and no visible damage. However the back light was broken and the battery had some issues. They customer service it’s superb and this it’s what I want to stress to you all. I purchase about 5 e-bikes/scooter. 2 from isinwheel. By far isinwheel has the best aftermarket support. All the other bikes you will be on your own trust me. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. If your bike has any issues just wait and reach out, they will fix it for you. Shipping something this heavy has consequences, it’s not their fault , those that worked in logistics knows. As a community we should show appreciation for business that do things right. Share, review, comment. They deserve it. I am a client for life. And I can’t wait for my current Ebike to died so I can upgrade to the isinwheel u8 cargo Thanks Tammy and Lesley. I have had my U4 for almost a year so far and I have been pleased with it. It is stable to ride, comfortable, and portable to carry. I live in a city of hills, and while this bike doesn't quite have the torque for using full assist to make it up hills, it is effective for climbing hills with pedal assist. The advertised battery life is somewhat optimistic in my opinion. In my hilly environment, I am getting about 12 - 15 miles while using it full time in pedal assist mode. The electric assist offers three different levels of assist - I have found Level 1 to not provide enough assist to be of much use. Level 2 is the most useful but I wind up having to pedal extremely fast to keep up with the assist at 12 mph (remember this is only a one speed bike). Level 3 is usable mostly for hills or pedaling like a madman to ready 20 mph. The finish of the bike is solid and looks good. I would like to mount a slightly more comfortable seat, but that is impractical since the seat has to be flipped up to remove the battery or the entire seat with post will have to be removed. I did have a few issues initially with my battery - Customer Service was very responsive with my questions. The only ongoing issue has been a sometimes dragging disc brake. In all, I have been fairly happy with my purchase and can recommend this bike. It is a good bike for its small size. ... show more

It's absolutely great!!! I love this bike. I'm 5'2" and 110 pounds and I fit on it perfectly. I'm 52 years old and wish it went faster. Oh yeah it's so heavy! I have to take the battery out so I can bring it up the stairs. I gave someone a ride and it really bogged down.. I think if I weighed more that it wouldn't go the 20mph that it does. But for someone my size I highly recommend. Oh I even put it together by myself, the front wheel was rough to get on. Everything else was smooth. ... show more

We love our bikes. The baskets are definitely nice to have to carry stuff. Having foldable bikes make them so easy to use while out RV’ing. So much better than the standard bikes. Easy to ride, easy to fold, easy to transport. They fit perfectly in the back of our Jeep Wrangler. Gave 4 stars for a couple reasons. They are heavy to lift. The piece that holds the handle bars in place loosen up while riding. The piece that you release to fold the bike has stripped after folding it 3 times on one of the bikes. The seat won't stay in place. Very poor customer service to replace seat. Haven't got to use it unsafe to ride. I emailed them and got no response back. Don't buy.

Good bike packing was great but front wheel axle was missing. Isinwheel shipped me one but it came from China so it took a few weeks and several e mails. I really don’t think it’s 750 peak watts as the picture shows. Time will tell on quality because it’s a Christmas gift. So won’t know much more for another month.
