It’s a great bike. Being compact, it’s easy to store indoors and transport in a large car trunk if needed. I usually charge the battery every two days, but I mostly use it in assist level 2, never in level 3. If I were to use it at a higher assist level, I believe I’d need to charge it daily or every other day. The speed is excellent, and it also feels very stable while riding. However, there are a few things I’m not too happy with. I often have to adjust the brakes, and right after assembling it, I noticed the brakes started making noise. I also find it necessary to lubricate the clamps from time to time. Another issue is that the seat clamp wasn’t positioned correctly for me to adjust the seat to a comfortable height. Lastly, the bike as a whole isn’t very light. I can’t carry it for long periods, which is mostly due to the weight of the battery.

An excellent option for ebike U1 model is the right price, very nice drive, charge is good for 2 days or so when fully charged in our experience. We love it and would highly consider getting it again in the future hopefully a larger tire next time, we got the 14" tires.

This little bike is fun to ride and is very well built. I have no concerns about the build quality, it is a heavy bike despite it's size. Assembly was easy just make sure you check everything and adjust the brakes properly. It charges fairly quickly and the display was easy to see in direct sunlight, the controls are very user friendly. You can only raise the seat so far so anyone over 5-10 will not be ideal. The power seems very good for it's size and I have no problems on slight inclines. The pedal assist is smooth but just remember it's only one speed so when you set it on 2 or higher you really can't pedal fast enough so just enjoy the ride.

I've had the bike for about a month and a half and haven't had any issues other than a flat. Customer service did send an tube for free though, which was nice. I've been using this to commute to work, which is about an 8 mile round trip. While I could probably make it there and back on one charge, I usually top off my charge at work just so I'm not having battery anxiety for the night ride home. I'm hoping to purchase an additional bike with a longer range, and I'm learning that for a low cost bike, this is a great value! For one, the comfy seat and suspension are great at this price. Really noticeable when I'm riding on uneven cobblestone on my way out of my neighborhood. Fenders being included are rare, apparently, and the disc brakes work really nicely. Very smooth with accelerating and slowing down as well. Things to keep in mind about the battery and range claims: For ALL ebikes, the advertised range is always based on pedal assist 1, flat and ideal conditions (no wind, optimal weather, weight on bike, etc.), so always assume real life use will be closer to 50-70% of that value. Keeping extra lights on hand would be good for visibility in case you run out of battery during an evening ride, but pedaling with no power is doable with this bike. Expect about 6-8mph with no power on flat terrain. Very happy with this bike so far! While I'm already looking into an additional e-bike in a higher price range, I plan on keeping this one up and running for quick, short trips and as a back-up in case the other bike needs repairs.

The bike actually came one day before the earliest date it was expected, fast delivery! I personally had trouble putting the front wheel on, mainly because at that early stage it's unwieldy and a little bit hard to handle for me, as a senior. But I think someone younger could handle it easily. The rest of the assembly was very quick and easy. Everything needed was included, parts and tools. Everything is very well packed in shipping. It's a good looking bike, very sturdy. Instructions for assembly and use are included, and for the most part clear, plus there are many videos available to help answer any questions.
