It was great for about 2 days after Christmas it started glitching and the button to make it go won’t work. . My sons loved it and now he’s so upset it broke so easy . He was so excited to have one and spending that much on something that works for 2 days is disappointing! Here’s part 2 contacted the company obviously had to show them a video and everything for proof they sent a new battery. It worked for about another week now it refuses to turn on. I hate to say it but overall is probably just best to avoid not getting this product especially it almost being $200 ... show more

Got this scooter for my daughter for her 5th birthday it worked for a day and 1/2. when we charged it the charge box should flash green/red so we contacted support if your lucky you can speak with someone who will only send your request to tech-support who can ONLY respond through email. You never get to talk to a tech support agent so Nancy is qho emailed us from tech support. Nancy said are charge cord was bad so sent out new one that didn't work. contacted again Nancy said battery was bad and sent out new one which turned out to be the wrong battery they sent out. So contacted again Nancy emailed back and said the battery we need is out of stock and would give us a $20 refund are you kidding me. We requested a new scooter or a refund. So Nancy emailed back and said a new battery was on the way in 5 or 7 days. No battery came we continuously asked for a new scooter or a refund. Then got an email from Nancy saying the 30 days returns policy is up and we can't get a replacement scooter or a refund and Nancy recommends us taking the scooter to a repair shop. The 30 days wasn't up when we started asking for a refund or a replacement Nancy gave us a run around until the 30 days was up. Now we have a very disappointed 5 year old. ... show more

My 6 year old received this for Christmas and everything worked great. Easy assembly, plug and play. Now, after two weeks, the lights come on but it does not accelerate. There is no damage and it is fully charged.
