Updated Review:after about a year my son’s scooter isn’t working as well. It could just be wear and tear from him being rough on things because my daughter’s scooter is older and it is still working just fine! I emailed the company about the battery issue and they sent out a new one! It was working fine for a week or two, but now won’t hold a charge. Emailed the company about it and they sent me a partial refund! Amazing customer service!! Bummed the scooter isn’t working right now, but thinking about purchasing another just because of the quality service I received and the fact that my daughters hasn’t had any issues. I bought my daughter one of these for Christmas 2022 and she loves it. My son tried it and also loved it, so he asked for one for his birthday. Easy to assemble, easy to turn on, charge, and easy to use after some practice if your kiddo is smaller. The charge on it is amazing. My oldest has a hover board and we also have a motorcycle power wheels and this scooter will do circles around both. Great product!!!

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our 4 year old grandson and he absolutely loved it! After about a month of riding, it stopped working and we assumed it was a dead battery. We put it on the charger overnight, and the next morning, although the battery light was green, the scooter still didn't work. I contacted customer service, and had a response within a day. Jessica was my point of contact, and she was great! She did a series of troubleshooting, and although it took some time to pinpoint the correct component that needed to be replaced, she was in constant contact with me from beginning to end. Thanks to Jessica, my grandson is riding again and is happier than ever!

I purchased this scooter as a gift for my 9 yr old. He already had the self propelled scooter and had outgrown that model. I looked at a ton of available options and finally settled on this one. I am happy I did! My son loves it and now so does his cousins male and female :) I was worried at 1st that he would fall a lot while making this switch to motorized but my worries were unfounded. He learned quickly by simply practicing inside our house. By the time we went to the park he was a PRO! It has some really cool features that I really love. 1- The wheels light up when in motion. Helps me to keep an eye on him during the evening hrs in the park. 2- The battery life is decent. We get about 1.5 to 2 hrs of use when we're using it constantly 3- Speed is just right for his age and size. He scoots around and I ride in tandem on my bicycle. Great workout and he keeps up at max speed 4- It looks cool and is lightweight. Not bulky at all. 5- The steering handle detaches and so it'll even fit easily in a big shopping bag 🙂 FYI I cannot speak about using it without the steering handle because we haven't done so as yet. 6- it's functional even on not so smooth terrain. In summary, we've covered many miles with the scooter and it's a great buy and highly recommended. Again my son loves it and his opinion carries plenty of weight. 👍👍

Ordered this scooter for Christmas for my son. However, in putting it together, the pole would not lock in place. Huge disappointment on Christmas morning as it was unsafe to ride this way. I reached out to customer service and they were able to assist and sent an additional pole pretty quickly! The replacement pole worked perfectly and he’s been having a blast riding ever since! He can’t wait to enjoy it more outside this summer! Thank you customer service team for making this right; my son is so happy and excited to have his electric scooter!

Got this as a second electric scooter for my daughter. The first hover 1 we got wouldn't even turn on for her birthday. Sad and full of tears was not what I wanted her to experience on her birthday. I hurried and got on to see this listed and bought due to the reviews. My daughter has only rode this a handful of times on a paved parking lot on setting 1. The other day she decided to try the 2nd setting. After that, it never worked again. Just an oversized paper weight in my garage. She was not only let down by hover 1 she was also let down again by this company and their product. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of someone in thier customer support, I've called And I've messaged with no response. The phone number you call answers and then is just silent so it's non working. I called twice after hours and I get a voice asking for my info, I've left it and still no response. I just wish I wouldn't be out over 140.00 bucks for something my daughter only used a handful of times. Everyone else has only good things to say but unfortunately that wasn't our experience. I would just like to know if I need another part OR to take it in somewhere? With no response at all I have no clue what to do. Leaving customers with no contact is all around bad business, I wish I would've known.

Great 1st electric scooter for kids. Easy to put together. My son is 6 and figured out the mechanism very quickly. Battery life is also good. Charges quickly. What I really like is he is able to ride along while I jog my 5k races (about 45 minutes on the highest level) with battery life left over.

I purchased this pink scooter for my grand daughter, and she is just thrilled with it! The colors are great, it's well made & durable and is easy for her to use and navigate. We did have a sluggt glitch with a battery issue but that was handled quickly & efficiently with a new battery replacement. We even received an email from the customer service department making sure that we received the battery & that it was working properly. Excellent work on their part! Above & beyond my expectations.
