It could not go up a 22% slope with a 215lb man. The non skid is peeling after less than a week or light use.

Pros: good product Hardware Is working fine as expected Cons: there’s no instruction how to turn on the Bluetooth capability on the scooter itself I was advised by the seller to download the isinwheel club app; from there the instruction from the seller on what I should do is very confusing I don’t know if the seller or whoever it is it’s responding to my inquiries. Is someone from China and do not understand what I want them to provide me with I’ve only had the scooter for less than a week I know it has Bluetooth capability because when I power on, I can see all the icon for a couple of seconds while the control panel and scooter is turning on There is no instruction on the Bluetooth how to turn on Bluetooth For those of you who has the scooter, I would really appreciate it if you can show me how to turn on Bluetooth I went to the company website, no information about the GT2 how to turn on the Bluetooth I googled it and it’s still no information about it Amazon even tried to tell me and they are telling me that the manufacturer does not have any information how to turn on Bluetooth so Amazon thinks it’s not capable or does not have Bluetooth capability but I know it does because the little symbol is there Isn’t it rather stupid to have a Bluetooth symbol and there’s no Bluetooth on this device? ... show more

It was fun at first but after a while parts started to make noises fresh out the box it had a rattle it’s fast and all but over time it will just start having dumb problems.like the handle bar just started coming off smh

    • DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This scooters don't last long in any condition. They claim things like they are offroad, and they have ip65. Well in normal riding from house to work my GT1 broke right in the middle of the welding. Support said that they don't sell any replacement for my issue. Instead they offered me $100 dollars to get someone to repair it, long storie short, it was useless. Then they offered a GT2 by paying the delivery, what I did. One month later I got caught in a heavy rain (I live in Miami so that's something normal), with nothing to do but to try to cover the display and controls with something. Well, it broke, again. I wrote down to support again, and you know what? Again they don't have the piece, they don't have idea when they are going to get that piece, and GT1s display isn't compatible. So now, after investing money, trust and time with this company. I have not one but two useless pieces of plastic and cables in my house waisting space. I cannot even fix one using the parts from the other. For sure, NO RECOMMEND, NOT COMING BACK. ... show more
