Looks like total piece of crap. After I pulled off all of the QA stickers (indicating it passed QA just fine), I tried to boot it up and it fails and doesn't work. Just an error on the screen. I've contacted support but haven't heard anything back. Avoid.

I like this scooter. It's light, and the ride is great. I like the big tires and the suspension. I am upgrading from a Hiboy S2 pro. I added 10 lbs, which is no big deal, and in return I get a higher top speed and smoother ride. The acceleration is about the same, but the GT2 just keeps going after the S2 maxed out. That extra speed makes it more fun and easier to keep up with traffic. I do miss having an app to make adjustments, and to "lock" it. I also like the way the S2 regenerative braking works better and the ease of the plug in to charge it (single hole, doesn't have to be oriented, and I don't have to get on the ground to plug it in, minor, but it's still something). In pretty much all other aspects though, the GT2 is a better. Faster. Better lighting. Better brakes. Larger platform. The Hiboy with its solid tires would vibrant over cobblestone or brick, and you could feel every crack in the pavement. With the GT2 you barely feel it. If I could change anything, I'd make the plug more accessible. I shouldn't have to crawl on the ground to plug it in. Next I'd add an app to make adjustments, lock the bike, and record status (max speed, distance, battery, etc.). ... show more
