    • Would not buy this scooter again.
The media could not be loaded. The description of this product says "28 MPH Top Speed, 28 Miles Range". So when I purchased this scooter I assumed it could easily be used to commute to my office which is 10 miles from my home. But the red low battery light started blinking at 9 miles. I was riding it at the third speed which goes a maximum of 21 mph, on completely flat paved roads, and I weigh 170 lbs. Also, at this point is slowed down, it could no longer hold speed of 21mph. It made it to the office, but I was obviously not happy with this scooter. Based on the advertisement, I expect better performance. The ad say 30 day refund/replacement, so I immediately started the return process with Amazon, but they sent me an email saying I would have to pay the return shipment costs, unless I first tried to work out the problem with the manufacturer. The manufacturer support responded quickly and told me it was problem a battery problem, so they sent me a new battery. I replaced the battery and rode it to work and experienced the same problem. This time I rode it until it ran out of power and it was about 13 miles, but the last 3 miles the scooter was acting very erratic. Would slow down to as low as 8mph and suddenly speed up, when I thought it wasn't safe. What if it suddenly sped up when a pedestrian or car was near me? The support department had me check other parts and after over a month of exchanging emails, then sent me this message: "Battery Life Issue: Due to the scooter's high-power motor and controller system, faster current consumption in high-speed mode is normal. We have conducted comprehensive professional mileage testing in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and other countries, and the results are all within the advertised range (see: 75kg load, 15km/h, constant speed, flat road). Thank you for your understanding and support." I have sent them an email telling them I think they are wrong and I still want them to accept return of this scooter and pay for the return shipment. Hopefully writing this review will force them to accept the return and not keep jerking me around. I've attached one of the videos that I've sent the support department when you can see that I'm riding it on a flat road, there's two notches of power left on the battery (it's not yet on low battery red light) and yet it can't get above 15mph and there is blinking "H" in the lower right corner which I think it's an error message. ... show more

Came early easily assembled and can handle 330pounds the app is very easy to use for the scooter has 4 speed modes also when it over heats the speed is limited if you weight less than 332 pounds you won't have a over heating issue

I was contacted by Amazon and the seller. They are issued a full refund without me returning the scooter. So I am upgrading my review based on the customer service I received. I upgraded my review based on the excellent customer service. Son rode it for a few days and the screw holding the front bar fell out. Tried to contact seller and Amazon but didn’t get any relief. The scooter does not ride up to 32mile with single fully charged, ride on average 15mph for 5 time round trip , each ride less than 1 miles, total around 10miles, and the highest speed can only be reached around 24mph. So I was decide to return the. Canceled the return due to the date & time I was away, missed the return windows now. should you buy this or think of other . And today I just got back from travel, and see the fire is flat, pumped and hear the leaking air sound .the rear tire leaking air where I circled in the picture . As my suggestion, that’s not a good recommended brand or quality product of this kind of money for electric scooter . ... show more

Great Scooter! For a bigger guy like me (205lbs) this E scooter runs just right. I've been trying to find something that's not over priced and when I saw this I was sold. Living in the city I'm able to abide by the laws and still do well with traffic. No complaints, happy commuter!

Quality and customer service are terrible. My son rode this on pavement for less than 2 months and the motor tire went flat, no trauma to the tire, the bead broke. And the valve stem cover does not come off. I reached out to the company and was directed to email their team, absolutely no response. Go with another brand you may get more than 2 months out of a tire. ... show more
