In January I gave this scooter a negative rating. We'll im back to retract my previous review. My husband and I initially thought the scooter was defected because we could not get the scooter to reach it's maximum speed. It took a neighborhood kid to show my husband how to switch from drive mode to speed mode. This scooter exceeds the speed limit. It actually reached 31 mph. We initially purchased the scooter for our son, but now he's decided to keep it for himself 😆 🤣. My apologies to the company. We obviously did not read the manual thoroughly.     • STOP! This is the 1 to get at this price range.

Good day, follow up after 1st spin around the block… **Before I left had to figure out psi for tires, not marked on tires, anywhere on manual or Seller site / FAQ … ck’d online and many recommended 30 psi for 10” tires … will follow-up with seller to confirm this and hope they add on their site for others… update 11.4.25, seller recommended 35 psi for the tires. I was initially going to get the GS2 but was not comfortable with the adjustable neck (height of handlebars) and folding handles. Fully charged when I left, after 15-20 miles of travel used up 3 of the 4 green bars (1 green, 1 red bar left). Took a few hours to fully charge bk up to 100%, then went bk out after dark. Light is decent perfectly aligned. Rear wheel came with 2 black caps for the exposed chrome bolts, **wish they added a 3rd for the bolt that’s exposed on the front tire. Careful when folding the scooter, if you do not hold the handle bars and let it drop you will eventually damage the led screen. **Kick stand should have been closer to the center of scooter, it will easily tip over if not careful. Overall, aside from the MINOR (**) things mentioned, very impressed as a whole and definitely worth the price! BTW, the free bag with all of the tools that may be needed when on the road is a nice touch and got Seller to the 5th star! ... show more

    • Absolutely do not buy this unless you only need to go 4 miles on slow speed. Waste of money.

This thing goes exactly 4 miles on 2, 15mph, before it dies. It says 28/37 miles range. That is entirely false. I can prove it with my isinwheel app and screen shots of the control panel. On the positive side, the lights are super cool. Brakes good. This scooter is very cool on dirt. It's strong and goes over just about anything. But on the pavement there are problems. First is the kickstand. It doesn't work. The scooter falls over easily on flat surfaces and is very difficult to position in such a manner that it won't fall. And it does fall. It fell the first time and loosened the steering column. Now it jiggles and there's no way that I can see to tighten it up. The kick stand is a fail. The other problem is the weight and bulk of this thing. It's EXTREMELY difficult to move around. The handlebars are extremely wide and awkward. The unit is very heavy, wide and bulky to maneuver. So if you're not dirt riding, it's almost unusable. It doesn't live up to the product description. Not at all. It does 22 mph on level 4 on pavement, but you run out of juice VERY fast. You must keep it on 2 at 15. 1 is 9 or 10 and it's too slow to get anywhere. Fifteen is slow, but if you put it up on Level 3, you're going to be stuck on the side of the road with a unit that's VERY bulky and difficult to walk with or push. Then the biggest problem, are you ready? Others have said this on reviews. The accelerator is a joke. It's a wide plastic hook that you have to use your thumb for. The way it slips causes a safety issue when riding. It makes your thumb sore quickly and is very hard to do on your big four mile round trip before it dies. This thing was $450 wasted in my opinion. TL DR; Battery life sucks. Stability sucks. Weight is too high. It is fun to ride, only for 15-20 minutes on dirt - even on level 2. Three is fun, so is four, but you will run out of juice very fast. It's not easy to move if you're not riding on dirt. Walking, parking and FORGET about lifting and getting this into your trunk. I have a good size trunk and there's no way. Too heavy, too wide handlebars, too bulky and hard to move. So no on ease of use. ... show more

This electric scooter is portable, light weight and easy to navigate. Compared to some scooters costing 2k or more this scooter is made to last. I have gotten many hours of use before recharging, great battery. If you are in the market for a scooter I suggest considering this one.

    • 120 pounds or more slows down scoot and kills battery.
This was great for daughter who lives in LA, except if she puts more than her body weight on scooter, if she hauls groceries home, any weight over 120 pounds slows scooter down and runs battery out too quickly. If you weigh 120 or less, expect to be the only thing you can carry easily and transport on scooter ... show more
