I can certainly say she has been resilient in getting this fixed, tried everything from trying to locate a shop to fix it, send further instructions and not giving up on this effort. They have stepped up and addressed all my issues. May be I got a bad lemon(I have another one that I brought few months before this ..it has no problems whatsoever) 12/16/24 Dont waste your money on this product. Mine stopped working in 5 months . I have reported this customer support..and only help you get is a link to a youtube video by some customer who replaced his accelerator ..has min instructions. You have to figure it out by yourself ..and by the way I don't think the model shown in the video is the same one as mine either. I am terribly frustrated ..to have the company depend on yourself to fix their problem is absolutely ridiculous.

As this was my first time delving into the E-Scooter arena, I had to compare about 80 affordable ones. The isinwheel brand gives a little more than the rest. When this arrived i thought no wonder it’s cheaper, max weight is 176!!!! I am 215 and I can tell you this goes up hill full speed, 16 mph max. I’m getting one mile less than the new model! Big hint, check the air pressure before you ride. I was rolling with 18 pounds hahah! It’s supposed to be 50 pounds! So I put 60 in and this thing loves it. Anyway i gave customer service a fit and after the first ride i was hooked. So easy to do the urban thing. Love this brand.

I love riding this thing and definitely recommend getting one, 10 out of 10 cannot recommend more especially with the great communication and customer service. I'm 210lbs and this scooter, does well. I have reach 28mph on flat road. Does well even in shallow grass. After riding for a week very happy with the scooter. Comfortable to ride and battery seems good so far. Recommend the scooter
