I just bought this so we will see if my opinion doesn't change in the next few months. So far this thing is the coolest scooter I've ever owned. It goes around 30-35 mph depending on wind conditions and incline. It has all the bells and whistles except maybe a phone holder/charger. I love the lights and suspention, they give the scooter a premium feel. She handles smooth and quick. My only gripe so far is how long it takes to charge so I might purchase another charger to double it up... The scooter was great until I got froze in Password Protection Mode (less than 3 weeks). Still dealing with Isinwheel Customer Support on a fix to my problem. I really want the scooter fixed and not a refund, because I loved the scooter ride and features. Along with the speed (not 38 mph, more like 30 mph). Received a 1 star rating due to the inconvenience. After working with their customer support for a month, no fix for the problem has been determined, so the scooter is still inoperable. Communication with this company was done by receiving one email a day and you responding. They have tried to resolve the issue with no luck. I believe it will be hard to get a replacement or a refund from this company. So be prepared to recoup your money by other means. ... show more

I’ve been using the H7 Pro for daily rides around my neighborhood and quick store runs, and it’s been really convenient. The scooter feels sturdy and well balanced, even when carrying a bag on the front rack. One thing I really like is how visible it is at night — the headlight is bright and the deck lights make a big difference when cars are around. It doesn’t feel like a toy at all, more like a small electric bike in scooter form. The ride is smooth and comfortable, and it has more than enough power for regular commuting and errands. My experience with the Isinwheel H7 Pro has been frustrating from start to finish. The scooter arrived two days late, and during the delivery process I received different and conflicting information from Amazon, the shipper, and Isinwheel. Communication was inconsistent and made the process unnecessarily stressful. Clear answers were difficult to get. More concerning is the condition of the scooter itself: • Exposed wiring near the kickstand area • Components that appear previously handled or improperly assembled • Brake system that makes a loud grinding sound and causes noticeable shaking/vibration when applied This does not feel like normal break-in behavior. For a transportation device where braking reliability is critical, this raises legitimate safety concerns. The product was sold as new, but the condition I received does not reflect that expectation. I reached out to Isinwheel for resolution and am hoping they stand behind their product appropriately. I will update this review based on how this situation is handled. ... show more

I think this was a really good buy. It was easy to put together, but you should use a milk crate or something to lift the bike up while you're assembling it – it makes things a lot easier. I took it for its first ride, and everything was smooth, super sturdy, and it was a great ride. No complaints from me! ... show more
