This is not a toy. This is a personal conveyance for an adult. This bike successfully dances on the line between bike and motorcycle. Ssshhh there is almost too much power. She is rude to threaten to throw me as I'm trying not to goose her. People in this town don't seem to be able to look away. It is very fun. And this bike actually has theft deterrence. The NFC card sets the alarm as you get off and head into where you are going. 4 speed modes, but she races to top speed as soon as possible, the stance is much wider than a bike, with the basket in the sensible place. There is a teeny tiny rack on the back where I am going to bungee my Bluetooth, maybe... She is petite enough to be low to the ground, but beefy enough that I have decided to name her Bertha. Or may Helga.... I love this bike. I will buy from these cats againn, because I will get the H7 pro or maybe it will be a j9... ... show more

I really like this scooter. It runs well and takes bumps well. The problem I have is support and communication. I've tried to get a hold of support and it seems like I have to talk to an AI program. They asked me to send pictures and videos of me pushing the horn button that didn't work. They also wanted pictures of all the wires hooked up correctly with videos of that too. I've put together a lot of things together in my life and never had anyone ask for that. If I could speak to someone that would be great but that is not possible, they just keep emailing you at strange hours of the night. This is most likely a problem with the majority of Chinese manufacturers. It is not a problem if you don't have any problems but if you do they are not much help so far. ... show more

Very sturdy and well built scooter. The throttle/motor is super responsive with rapid acceleration and good power. The headlight and accent lighting is plenty bright and very well placed. The front and rear suspension (shocks) handles my weight and bumps in the road extremely well. I love the anti-theft alarm system. It is loud and if someone tries to move the scooter even a few inches it is activated and locks the brakes. Battery holds up well and lasts plenty long on a full charge. Assembly takes a little skill and is best accomplished with two people for the front wheel and rear shock mounting (due to weight of scooter). You can do this solo if you place the scooter on a block of wood or stand to elevate it. *NOTICE* If your mirrors are missing from the scooter packaging, they may be shipped separately from the factory. Don't fret. I did not know this. I contacted ISINWHEEL and they jumped right on it with great service and my mirrors are on the way. Definitely recommend the scooter. ... show more

I wanted to add this to my review in today's world there's so much competition and products available on the market that customer service is definitely not what it used to be when I was growing up !! This company has gone so far above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the product and their service I just wanted to add that if you purchased a product from them you can be assured that they're going to make sure that you're totally satisfied and make sure everything is working as it should in it prompt speedy fashion !! If I could give this company 10 Stars I would in a heartbeat !! I purchased both scooters the H7 and the H7 Pro both very good choices the H7 Pro is a definite Step Up From the H7 it has a larger 2,000 w motor better tires which equate to a more stable more comfortable ride larger 52 volt 20 amp hour battery and it goes faster everything about this scooter is quality right from the second you take it out of the box you can tell it's a well-built scooter!! It has every feature you could possibly want turn signals mirrors brake light super bright headlight alarm system you definitely won't be disappointed!! Just buy it you won't regret it!!!! Also I had a question and reached out to the company they got back to me right away and resolved the issue great company to deal with absolutely wonderful they stand behind their product and go out of their way to help you!! Absolutely love it!!!!!!!!! I ordered a second one and waiting for it's arrival... I trained my dog to ride along with me!!!!! I'll send video after I received and set up my second one..... Assembly is easy to follow with the video!!!ride quality is smooth... comfortable.. speed adequate and fast when needed. Battery life? I'll respond on my second purchase.and I am still riding on my initial charge. I'm 62 years old..easy to handle ... show more

Came with no mirrors says 35mph actually 30mph went to town and back 10 miles round trip was on last bar barely doing 25 down hill. Granted im 265 lbs but rating says 330 max. Overall i give it a 2 star oh and side party lights don't work not that id really use them anyway

I’m 5’11” and weigh 170lbs. On a full charge and while riding on only the 2nd setting (21mph) I was only able to get about 13 miles before the scooter died and I had to push it over a mile to get home. Super disappointed with this. Overall, I do not recommend buying this scooter. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because after reaching out to the seller, they sent me an extra battery for free. ... show more
