First, let me say that the assembling instructions is the worst instructions I've ever seen! I previously assembled a scooter, which had incomprehensible instructions, and I thought that was the worst. Well, at least I could try to understand it. This one has NO instructions at all. It just says, put on the front wheel! Luckily, they do show a video of assembling the bike, which is helpful. Unluckily, my bike ended will squeaky front wheel, and after long hours of trying to adjust the brake and looking at youtube videos, I took it to the bike shop REI and they fixed it beautifully for a small charge. They said both the front brake (which I worked with) and the back brake (which came already installed) were rubbing and needed adjustment. The seller even reimbursed the repair cost even though I didn't ask for it, which is very nice of them, and is why I give it 5 stars despite the brake problem. But it would be even better if they had detailed instructions and videos on how to adjust the brake to remove the squeaking. They don't even need to make their own repair videos; just look for the ones online that's relevant to this bike, and then send the customers the links and time interval to watch, so I don't have look for repair videos myself. Now that my bike is running good, I enjoy it very much! It's my first ebike and I really love the feeling of getting a boost when I can't pedal fast enough, so I can go as fast as I want while pedaling as much or as little as I want! And the first time I rode through the mall, a young beautiful girl called out at me, "Cute bike!" (My first bike compliment!) It's so small that it makes me feel very safe to ride it. Big bikes scare me - I feel like I might fall off or hit someone. This bike is so small and I feel completely in control. It's still very heavy at 50 some pounds, but so small that I feel confident lifting half of it. Despite the small wheels, It feels smooth riding. The price is so amazing that it's worth buying the 2 year protection plan. I mean, my local bike shop REI charges more for one ebike tune up than the entire price of this bike! So if it lasts 2 years, I'm already way ahead! One more idea that I didn't realize until I got the bike: this bike is great for Uber. With my other bike, I can't put it in a car, but this thing is small to start with, and then it even folds easily, so it pack in a car or Uber's trunk if necessary. I should point out that this bike's warranty is only for 100km, or 60 miles. Being that I ride 4 miles a day, that's just 2 weeks. For the price, I'm not complaining, but that's why I think it's good to buy the protection plan if they are offering it. ... show more

This is a great little ebike! Just took it on its maiden voyage and had a blast. Got up to 20mph a few times but most of the time 19mph was the top speed, but that's neither here nor there. 19mph is still plenty fast for a bike this size. I got a total of 11 miles on a single charge using only the throttle with one battery bar remaining at the end of the ride which was about what I expected. However, not gonna lie, assembly was a major pain in the a$$ (but this was my first time putting on a bike wheel and I didn't read the instructions, so that's on me). I was very impressed with the shipping. The box was in stellar condition and everything was well packaged and protected. Best of all, it arrived a day early! I should also mention that this is one of the few ebikes on amazon that had free shipping. Most other brands I looked at charge $100+ for shipping. My only complaint is that the little thing that rings the bell broke off the first time I tried to use it so I'm gonna have to buy a new bell. Not a huge deal, but I just wish it didn't break on the first ride. Overall I am super happy with this bike. It's totally worth the money for an ebike of this quality. I bought the first product from isinwheel about a year ago, it’s wasn’t the latest s9 but I didn’t know any better. So because the weight limit was around 220lbs , but I was worried but the power this thing had. So bought a bigger one from the same company and love it! So finally I needed pedals too because I need to get some exercise and in case the battery falls at least I can get home, barely. The bike is very Saturday and th shock is great. What really surprised me was the upgraded brakes! They are very good from a good company. I’ve put mirrors on it and a rack for a small basket. The seat post for me was a little short so I bought a 300mm long and it’s about a pound and a calf less than stock. The light send out a nice rectangular pattern that’s very bright. If you do fast riding at night you’ll need a brighter add on. The tire are great quality, I did some research and it turns out that the tire company is the largest in the world. As far as the range I would say I get about 22 mile. The pedal assist is to help the motor get started, not really to pedal the whole time. The starting from stop takes a lot of power so help it to get up to speed and relax. I get a lot of looks and it rides at the perfect speeds. 5 star for timely customer support (I paid 26.99 for extended warranty upon purchase). Battery was defective and emits pungent odor while both charging and in use. Ausrion (maybe spelled wrong) within 2 days (1 bus day as submitted on Saturday) gave me a full refund for the product leaving me satisfied with my purchase. Aside from this the bike does function perfectly aside from only getting about half of the expected range. If you smell a pungent odor coming from your battery I've read online you should immediately unplug it and take it to a service professional as the fumes are hazardous to our health. ... show more
