I love bikes, e-bikes, trikes, eTrikes... All different kinds. I know the eBike segment is huge and lots of manufacturers are trying to capitalize on the intense crush on eBikes what with the covid and all... Some of those manufacturers are mediocre at best... Some should never make anything and yet others are simply excellent while being reasonably priced. Some are state of the art and the prices are out of this world. This bike is a really good bike, especially for this price point. I was immediately impressed with the packaging the bike arrived in. It was very solid and secure and the bike was in perfect condition inside. The packaging inside was very advanced while not being wasteful. I have to be honest, I've purchased bikes MUCH more expensive and the packaging was a disaster and so were the contents. In this case, the packaging is really excellent and intuitive. The bike itself was almost completely assembled and what wasn't was easy to do. It only took a few minutes to put it together and the battery came 80% charged so I and my buddy test rode the bike under many different conditions... but let me first say, we tested out the top speed first... I know, shocker; two dudes seeing how fast something can go before figuring it all out first. Well, I will tell you, with both a 205 and 248 lbs guy on the bike (Not at the same time, I'm not running a circus here!). The bike went 20 miles per hour without pedaling from a dead stop!!! THAT is impressive for a 350Watt Hub Motor!!!! I will also tell you that everything works perfectly and after adjusting the bike perfectly, this is now my wife's favorite bike! The E function of this bike is really excellent and easy at the same time! Super easy for all levels of bike riders! Now, the appearance of the eBike is really cool and modern! Everyone comments on the bike as being cool and modern! The fit and finish is really pretty good, especially for this price point! The welds are good, and the frame is really strong! The Seat is really comfortable and the shock absorption is good as well. Shifting gears and adjusting the motor speed is super intuitive and the gears could not be easier to use! I especially like the integrated throttle to help you up hills or give you a boost when you are worn out. It is so well disguised on the right grip that I test rode this for quite awhile before realizing it was integrated on the grip!!!! The tires are not a brand I recognize, but they are pretty good, especially for this price point. The components are good, and functioned flawlessly without adjustment, straight out of the box! That is impressive! Several people, most of the friends have ridden the bike and they all want one!!!! Oh, the battery is easy to charge and take on or off and once on, is very secure. Everyone comments on how quickly you can get up and riding! It is really fast and simple! I also wanted to mention, this thing has an integrated headlight and it is pretty cool looking and it is bright!!!!! I didn't realize that when I bought it!!! It is handy too! I mean it is incredible at night but during the day! It really raises visibility effectively. Is it comfortable to ride? Well, several people, of several sizes, women and men.... they all rode the bike and we were all comfortable! Now, lots of people ask about the "range." Well, you have legs that can pedal so as far as you can pedal is one answer, but the reality is, people want to know what longevity to expect on the charge and the only real answer is, "It depends." It depends on rider weight, efficiency in pedaling, terrain, temperature, weather, and the level of air in your tires, condition of the bike in general. Ultimately the battery size and condition as well as the size and power of the motor makes a huge difference in range. Based on my experience thus far, I think a reasonable expectation is 25-40 miles on a charge. You may do less or more... Also, I would say this is a great bike for a casual rider who prefers riding in the city, on improved trails. I don't know that I would ride this on a super challenging trail or track. I just don't think that is the aim of this model. However; I think if you ride this bike to its purpose and you maintain it properly, you will get years of enjoyment from this bike at a really great price! The media could not be loaded. Pros: Nice looking bike, works well Decent speed Speed control is on the right handle Can be accelerated from the handle without need of breaking inertia first Cons: Battery is dead after 4 months of use. I contacted seller and they replied fast, however on the reply through Amazon chat, seller instructed me to upload a video and it is impossible to upload it, the attach file option does not accept any .mov, .mkv, .wmv, .mp4 extensions and it can not be bigger than 10mb. I uploaded a short video here so the seller can look at it. I am still in the process of obtaining help from the seller, I will update my review later on. Update from 12/06/2023 Amazing company to work with, stands behind its product. I contacted the company to try and get a replacement battery. Quick answer with instructions on how to reset the battery and specific instructions to submit a video showing the problem Battery replacement was out of stock but company offered a refund and the instruction on how to submit the pictures following their instructions to deactivate parts on the e-bike. Today I was notified that in 2-3 days a refund will be applied into the card I used for the purchase. I will recommend this company, any product can fail but it is awesome when the consumer knows the manufacturer stands behind its product. P.S. It would be great if the e-bike would include the option for a second battery. ... show more

The best value. Have to ut over 1200 miles on the bike, in less than a year.. Changed brake pads 3 times and tires 1 time atv1194 miles. Best e bike for the price.

For the price, it's hard to beat. The bike was packaged extremely well, I was very impressed, therefore nothing was damaged in shipping. Assembly was pretty straight forward, only took about 30 min and directions are actually half decent. I'm going to list all the negatives that I don't like about the bike, but keep it mind I'm still giving it 4 stars overall because of the price and I am overall satisfied with the purchase. I'll mention a couple pros before I go into the negatives. I love the handle bars and grips, very comfortable. I like the digital display, lots of options to show stats. I just use the odometer and speedometer really, then of course the power meter for the battery lets you know when you're getting low which I've never come close to. Battery life seems really good so far, but we haven't gone on any super long treks quite yet, it's still too cold for that here but hopefully soon. First gripe, the seat that comes with it is horrible uncomfortable. Now, I am a bigger guy but my wife isn't and she felt the same way. Just riding on the bike for 5 minutes and your butt hurts badly, so just plan on having that extra expense of buying a more comfortable seat right away. Next up, with the peddle assist, for about 1 second after you stop peddling it keeps assisting. This is kind of annoying, especially if you want to stop quickly IE a car or animal jumping out in front of you etc. Thirdly, the brakes are not that great at all for being disc brakes. Again, I am a bigger guy so it's going to take a lot to stop me, but even my wife feels they aren't THAT great. Next up, the shifter for the front crankset gears. It doesn't just have a 1-2-3, it's basically kind of like a variable knob, you just have to keep turning it until it's on the gear you want. To get the 2nd gear, you just have to guess somewhere in the middle. Then, on the 1 bike out of the 2 I bought, when you go the entire way on the shifter it actually puts the chain too far up and beyond the gears! I realize that is a simple adjustment, but I've never had a bike with this kind of shifter before, where you just have to kind of guess where to put the knob to be on the right gear. Next gripe, the bike really does max out at 20mph whether your peddling or all electric. You feel like you run out of gear and want to keep shifting up to go faster but you're straight up out of gear very quickly. Lastly, the motor isn't super powerful. I am 6 foot and 300lb, so for me whenever I hit any kind of hill I definitely have to peddle as it doesn't have enough power to go on all electric. I am perfectly fine with that though as I had planned on only using the peddle assist and not just all electric anyway because I do want exercise and to lose weight. My wife is only 135lb and it propels her just fine up the hills on all electric. I would have bought the bigger 500w/48v bike if I was very concerned about this, again I only bought it for the assist not for the full EV part but thought I would mention it for anyone else that's bigger that's looking into this bike for that part. In summary, I wasn't expecting the world for a $420 Ebike, so I am overall satisfied with the purchase. It's serving it's purpose well. It's a solid 4 out of 5 stars because of the price, if it was double the price I would probably be putting it either 2 or 3 out of 5 stars. We bought 2 bikes, so it only charged one of the $90 shipping fee, so we got 2 bikes for just under a thousand dollars after tax. Most Ebikes are over 1k just for 1 bike, so again for the money you really can't beat it. ... show more
