Seems like a nice bike and it was shipped super fast, but when I tried to put it together, I was stuck on the second step. A damaged bolt stopped me to attach the front light and front fender, so I am returning. I am still working on this issue with the manufacturer, as the seller suggested I take it to a repair shop, which I am not able to do. The bicycle is heavier than I thought, I think close to 60lb, which is hard for me to carry around for repair. I wish, most of these websites selling this products would clearly state, how much is the bicycle weight.

Hello everyone. I hope this help you guys First of all this it’s an amazing bike and its price it’s Amazing. You will not get anything with this build quality and certifications. I received my bike well packed and no visible damage. However the back light was broken and the battery had some issues. They customer service it’s superb and this it’s what I want to stress to you all. I purchase about 5 e-bikes/scooter. 2 from isinwheel. By far isinwheel has the best aftermarket support. All the other bikes you will be on your own trust me. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. If your bike has any issues just wait and reach out, they will fix it for you. Shipping something this heavy has consequences, it’s not their fault , those that worked in logistics knows. As a community we should show appreciation for business that do things right. Share, review, comment. They deserve it. I am a client for life. And I can’t wait for my current Ebike to died so I can upgrade to the isinwheel u8 cargo Thanks Tammy and Lesley. My husband is a professional cyclist, and he can immediately spot a quality bicycle! I chose this bike, and my husband confirmed that it looks very reliable and well-made! The instructions are very detailed and in many languages. I use the bike to commute to work; we live in Miami Beach, and it's a great mode of transportation. The battery is powerful! We live in a condo, and to charge the bike, you don't need to carry it into the apartment; the battery is removable, so you can leave the bike in the garage and just take the battery with you to charge it in the apartment! Overall, I am very happy; it's a really good bike! I'm not very tall, and it's the perfect size for me, not huge, and very comfortable!

Poorly made. Broke on the first ride. Motor housing cracked open. It also arrived missing bolt hardware.

I bought this bike for my kid and I ride it more then her. Lol I am 270 pounds. I took the like out today an on pedal assist 3 with no peddling at all I want 20 miles. Yes me 270 pounds want 20 miles. I was surprised this bike at this price point could do that. I would Definitely recommend this bike I got the 19mph out of it with me on it also. We have 40 miles on the bike with no issues yet. Hope it stays that way.
