I'm a 53 Yr old with middle level tech skills. It took me about 20 minutes to set this up and get it running only because the QR code the instruction booklet gives you to scan to take you to the app you need to run the thing would not work. It would just endlessly search. When I manually searched for it in app store it brought up a long list none of which look like the one I needed. I went back to the ad in Amazon and found the picture that showed the pic of the app and noticed it was called iseefeeder not iseebiz like the instructions that came with unit say. When I typed in iseefeeder to google play it found the app right away. Because of this confusion it took me longer to set up. Other than that once I had the app downloaded everything went quickly and smoothly as far as set up. The camera gives a good quality wide-angle lens picture the sound quality is great both for listening and speaking through the speaker to your pet. You can watch live video take pictures or record film. I have it mounted to a wall which I think is a great option. The suction cups on the bottom of the unit are pretty sturdy however and also work well if you're not going to mount it to the wall. They don't tell you this but I also like that when I come home I can unplug the unit and when I plug it back in the next morning before going to work it reconnects itself automatically, I like this because I have the unit mounted in a bedroom because that's where the cat spends most of her time and I really don't want a live camera in my bedroom when I'm home, especially when other family members are able to use the camera as well. 😬 So I really like that it reconnects itself all on its own pretty quickly when I plug it back in before I go to work. All in all its a good unit the cat really likes it and it's a good price as well. ... show more

We’ve loved having this product so we can watch our new puppy when we pop out. The best part is watching her trip out when she hears our voices. Only negative so far, I wish it shot the treats out further. I can’t find a way to be able to still capture her in video if the camera is close enough for the treats to reach her. So I can’t shoot her treats remotely cause she’d see & hear them shoot out toward her but not be able to reach any of them ...unless some happen to roll into her area. That would be mean & she’s nut up so bummer bout that. Overall tho’, love, love, love this .. highly recommend ❣️ ... show more

Love this! It’s a great product for the price. Love that we can see the fur babies when we aren’t home. And we can toss them treats! We can take pics and videos while tuning in. Night vision and pic/video quality is surprisingly very good. Love it.

I'll give it more than 3 stars if it decides to actually connect. Spent 2 hours trying to connect and nothing. I'm literally 2 ft from the router, on the right wifi, entered the right secret password, pushed the button, scanned the thing, restarted it, unplugged it, did some cartwheels & nothing. I'll try again tomorrow so I guess well see. Bought an Owlet that one doesnt hook up either. No idea how anyone actually gets these to work. ... show more

Update: The company stepped up and sent me a new unit. It now works as it should, and I love the unit. It really is one of the better ones out there, I have gone thru 4 different ones now, even much more expensive ones. The video is superb. This unit is great! You cannot use it if you are not in the same network so it defeats the purpose if you go out of town and want to throw a treat to your pet because it will not work. I have spent the last four weeks trying to deal with customer service to get it resolved and they're just not that eager to get it taken care of. Unfortunately my window to return it just closed yesterday. So they basically strung me along until I could not return it anymore. So as far as customer service goes they get no stars. ... show more

I bought this camera/treat dispenser to check on my pet when I'm away from home. It was easy to set up, partly because I already own another food dispenser by the same manufacturer (so already had the app installed and Wifi bands separated). The camera has a good quality video feed. I can check on my pet simply by opening the app. It would be great if the manufacturer's app was more stylish and the camera more firmly gripped the floor, but I don't have any complaints! ... show more

I bought this as a way for my wife to look in on our cats while she’s working, and also as a way to feed them cat treats. I was not expecting great video or audio quality after comparing this unit’s price compared to the much more expensive competitors. I am blown away by how great all of it works! The video quality is great, the sound is good, and the treat dispenser works great for Temptations brand cat treats. We couldn’t be more satisfied. This has easily become the favorite gift I’ve ever given my wife, and a must have for pet owners. ... show more
