    • Easy to use and set up.
I bought a set of these and then another. I live in 750 square feet and I have 4 up inside, so my whole house is covered. I have the controls set so that my dogs don't set them off all the time, but if I'm gone awhile and want to check on my babies I can do so. I love this so much I've actually told others about how easy they are to set up. Literally all you do is put in a couple of screws, plug it it and add it in the app. Super easy. ... show more

    • ALL NOTIFICATIONS STOP WORKING...!
I am/was a HUGE fan of Roku and have countless devices. I have been with Roku since 2009 when I got the Roku HD. I am at the end of my patience with Roku cameras and will be changing to a different platform for my camera needs. SAD! There seems to be a very common issue with all Roku Cameras. The day after the free trial ended, ZERO notifications. I have 4 cameras. Two indoor and Two outdoor. None of them are sending motion detection notifications any longer. I have tried all the recommendations on a fix and factory reset etc, but none of that works. This seems to be an intentional disabling of the notification feature to get people to sign up for a subscription. They explicitly state that you WILL get motion notifications with or WITHOUT a subscription. So check out the community message boards on these cameras. The app walks you through everything step-by-step, and I had it connected to Wi-Fi in under 5 minutes. It synced seamlessly with my existing Roku devices, which made integration into my smart home super smooth. Video quality is solid—clear during the day and decent at night. Connectivity has been reliable so far, with the camera maintaining a strong signal even in corners of the house that usually give other devices trouble. There is a slight lag (about 1–2 seconds) on the live feed, especially when switching between views or opening the app after a while. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you need instant visuals. Overall, it’s a great value for home security—especially if you’re already in the Roku ecosystem. An easy 5 stars. Yes they're not the most expensive, but the quality is still really great! Quick notifications to you phone. Motion detection is spot on and you can hear clearly, too. So far they ate great! Easy to install! I plugged them, less than 2 minutes later both were working. Instantly I could see them in my app! Connected to my wifi right away! If they don’t last I will update.

    • Ok for the price point
In the beginning I loved these cameras because I have Roku tvs and they can connect to your phone or tv as well as talk through them; however, when using speak mode very quite almost unable to hear. Secondly it only takes pictures of motion not videos anymore and I have tried everything on app and on line to try to get it to record again like I was. Other than those two things I do / did like these cameras but definitely not for children due to lack of sound and recording. -mine are for pets and I’m looking into getting different ones. ... show more
